I do see in your picture the mirror might light up, if so that would help a lot in the bathroom area. Maybe let the guests know the mirror lights up. Those are the only two little suggestions. Such a beautiful place to stay, handy to many of the attractions!"

"We will stay there again. We could walk to everything we wanted to. The grocery store was right across the street. The room was a little small, but not cramp. Everything was updated. The bed was very comfortable too."

"I loved staying at the motel. It had an old-fashioned local charm like the motels. I remember when I was a child It also has a tap room and Maggie is there to pour a beer or two. Maggie is a great conversationalist"

"I think this is the best place to stay! Very comfortable beds and pillows. The water pressure is insane- its like a spa! I'm picky about cleanliness and this place was spotless. You can easily walk to downtown in 5 minutes to eat breakfast or dinner. We didn't eat the free breakfast, but I did get coffee every morning to walk to downtown and it was good. The ice cream pie at the Alpine Inn (in town) is soooo good! We got it to go twice and ate it in front of the fire outside the hotel. Tip: if you eat dinner at the Alpine Inn- go later like 8pm- we only had to wait 20 minutes but at 5:00 the wait is 3 hours!!! Also, highly recommend the thai fusion restaurant, Lemongrass. You can walk to it from the hotel and they have live music on their patio on Friday and Saturday. The food is so good!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean, our room was a little small for 2 people. We had a room on the first floor near the pool, could hear the kids at night it was a little annoying. The hallway was warm and smelled like the stuff they put in the pool to clean it, p u. Other than that we loved staying there. We were there for 3 nights."

"The staff / owner at late check in after 9 p.m. was very helpful, friendly, and takes great pride in this property. Clean, welcoming, and home lobby - with a rustic lodge feel and sweet smell (not overpowering) Although the hot tub was not working during our stay, it was noted clearly at the time of check in. Loved the balcony off of our 2nd floor room. Breakfast was good - facility was clean and food was well stocked for guests. Hand sanitizer was readily available for guests as well to keep faciliry Wish we had known about this place the night before as well! "
