"The check in process was not good, i was given the incorrect code for the door. I asked several times for a phone call and it took 30mins for me to be contacted. The backyard had dog poo left and old dog water bowls laying around. The main window door would not lock so security was not ideal."

Master bedroom faces onto a main road which is very noisy and Venetian blinds in master bedroom do not work, so did not filter out the street light that shines directly into the bedroom.Mattresses uncomfortable and pillows are wafer thin, so woeful. Booked for 5 nights to attend a family wedding, did not have a restful sleep the whole time. A laundry list of directions for how to leave the property-cleaner after we left than what we found it. Overall, disappointing especially for the cost. "
