“Property has been upgraded downstairs and the restaurant and bar area are lovely as is the outside courtyard. When you go upstairs it’s apparent that an upgrade is still required. Our room - 3 - overlooked a very busy main road and the secondary double glazing did nothing to keep the constant traffic noise at bay. There are two windows in that’s room. And they are old and rotten. Triple glazed windows required. Carpets need replacing. Bathroom has been upgraded and is very pleasant but b&b……

“Super stay at Wenns and an ideal location with stunning views of the Minster. The Deluxe Apartments were wonderful and everything you needed. In one of the rooms (Wenns) the jacuzzi was not working but part from that it was first class. We must thank Rob for looking after us giving us detailed information of the surrounding area. He also had good knowledge of the Sandringham Flower Show where we were visiting the following day and gave us directions to the shuttle bus collection point. ……

“The manor us a bit dated but the front desk staff were lovely which made up for the decor. Reasonable price and hearty food. Walking distance to beach.”

“Decor is rather dated. We didn't mind too much. TV. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Complimentary bottles of water,tea/coffee bags, biscuits replenished every day. The bedding and towels were clean, white and fresh. Breakfast was lovely, great choice. I thought it was going to be a buffet style but the cooked food was served at the table. “Great location and surprisingly quiet. Individual car parking spots which is helpful. Very spacious and comfy bed and high pressure shower They have thought of the little extras like a fridge which was very helpful as we only stayed one night so was able to have breakfast in the room before we set off home. Abundance of milk supplies 16 I counted ! and tea and 9 coffee pods Remember to take your garbage when you leave ….receptacle is very close by. Our second stay and will definitely stay……

“Had to ask for clean towels and coffee sachets. Also had to ask for room to be cleaned and bedding changed after 3 days. So a 7 day stay only changed once. Lights not working. Shower connected to taps so unable to control water temperature. Shaving light above sink not working. Towel rail in bathroom got dangerously hot and was held together with insulating tape. A small step down to the room had no hazard warning tape or aluminaton, tripped over going out and fell down going in.”

“Good location, parking was plentiful and appeared safe. Hotel room was clean as were the linens and towels however our room was above the bar and you could hear people chatting downstairs. The shower was small but functional, although the shower door was broken. Corridors to the rooms were tired and needed some tlc. Unfortunately we had to leave early so couldn't enjoy breakfast to it's fullest but the buffet bit was well stocked although some pastries would have been welcome as we couldn't……
