Delightful 3-bedroom cottage in charming Biddeford Pool/Fortunes Rocks Maine.

"My husband Mike and I stayed at Crow’s Nest Cottage for his recent work trip. The house is tastefully decorated in simple, beach cottage style with plenty of room to spread out and relax with all the modern amenities and family games, puzzles and books. The weather was glorious for most of our stay but we stayed happily occupied indoors with rainy day pursuits during stormy weather at the end of the week. The kitchen is large, bright and well-appointed with seating for eight. The bathrooms have been recently renovated with new flooring and fixtures. We enjoyed many sunsets, reading, games and BBQs from the chairs on the deck, sunroom and farm house front porch. The beds were comfortable and we fell asleep every night to the murmur of the nearby ocean waves and curtains blowing in the Indian Summer breeze.As the entrance to Middle Beach was only a short walk down the street, my dog and I strolled and played on the long, sandy beach with friendly neighbors every day while my husband commuted to nearby Scarborough for work. The check-in/out processes were easy. Jim was a marvelous host and good communicator. We were grateful that he checked in on us before the expected Nor’easter and introduced us to yummy treats from Edelweisse Bakery.This is one of the best rental cottages we have stayed at in our many years of travel. We can’t wait to return and hope to stay at the Crow’s Nest again soon. Thank you again Jim for sharing your lovely cottage with Mike, Cali, and I."

"This home offers many amenities to make you feel that you are truly on vacation! The kitchen is well equipped, clean and organized. The bedrooms and bathrooms have fresh linens, towels and splits to adjust to your individual comfort. The view is mesmerizing and peaceful, as you gaze out at songbirds, ducks, geese and the occasional blue heron. It is a short walk to pristine Fortunes Rocks beach with a 2 mile round trip stroll or great waves to ride. The town of Biddeford or Kennebunkport are a short and pleasant ride on Rt 9. You will love it !"

"This place was clean and exceeded what our expectations were for our needs. We are 5 adults 1 toddler and 1 dog. Having the beach right there made it so easy to enjoy are vacation without having to haul our things very far. Mornings we sat looking out at the ocean on the deck or on the couch with our coffee. It was beautiful and peaceful. 10 out of 10 experience."
