"Toni was a great host and met us at the door to show us around. She was a wealth of information for the historical home and the local area. We enjoyed our winter adventure on the rocks of Maine. The fireplace and view was well used and loved both morning and evenings. The little porch was great for watching the sea ducks and the loons diving for their meals. We saw at least 5 different ducks. The beds were comfortable and the house was plenty warm with all the blankets you would want. We did a short drive to Kennebunkport for Christmas Prelude and good local beer and chowda. We would like to come back some day. "

The location is excellent—just a two-minute drive to the beach and close to everything you might need, yet away from the heavy tourist traffic.The home itself was very comfortable and charming, with thoughtful touches throughout. We especially enjoyed using the grill and fire pit in the evenings. The property was well-equipped with everything needed for a stress-free stay, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, cookware, dishes, beach chairs, a cooler, and even an umbrella.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway."
