「What an absolutely fabulous inn! Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful, the animals are well cared for, beautiful grounds, the food is incredible!! Comfortable beds, extremely clean... I could go on and on. Probably the nicest and best value out of any place I've stayed in recent years. We will 100% return to stay and also plan to dine at the restaurant more often. And we will be telling friends and family. Well done, to the owners and all the staff!!!」

「Insanely overpriced」

「What a hidden gem! Sparkling clean. Beautifully decorated 150 year old inn. It's a couple miles from town and my husband was like where the heck did you book us!?! Are you sure about this!?! Then we turned the corner and saw the old inn and he was like Oh Wow! Owners were so friendly. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Highly recommended 🙂」

「Bed is too soft. Room is very spacious for a queen bed. Breakfast has hot doods provided which is good. Just a one nite stay is ok.」

The staff are all very friendly and helpful - from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, and to the restaurant. The lobby is bright and nicely furnished, with all of the amenities ever needed. 「The website made it look much nicer than it actually was. Upon entering the room, it smelled like the floor was mopped with a dirty mop, and for two days, we had to smell that stench. We wanted to leave after one night but since it was the weekend, we were not allowed to without being charged, because we had to stay a minimum of 2 nights. There was very little space to sit in front of the river, as it appeared on their website, and overall it was just disappointing and way overpriced.」

「Although it looks afar on maps, it is actually within walk distance of Concord downtown. And it is quite close to Common Man restaurant & bar, a very familial dining place. So I highly recommend this Comfort Inn.」

「There was absolutely no one there to help with the check-in. Everything is done on a computer on the table in the lobby. If you make one mistake, you can’t ask anyone for help because there is absolutely no one in the building for security, to answer questions, or to direct you how to navigate the online.」
