I have previously stayed at this hotel and found it to be reasonably good value, on this occasion all seemed okay after key card hand over. When reaching the room doors I found that I was unfamiliar with how it worked but soon realised that you have to swipe the card then press a button to reveal keyboard to unlock door and gain entry. Having gained entry and just about to settle we found that my wife and myself were in the wrong room. I think it was the man on reception gave us the wrong key as the one we had would not open the room we had been allocated.

Would recommend for cleanliness and staff
"Lovely friendly place to stay ,staff were amazing and couldnt be more helpful.Only downfall was they did not do food ,we had a busy schedule and had to go out very early for breakfast ,no private parking but could park on street at side of property also no lifts so no good to people who are ..."
