“Good location, clean facility ”

“I’d give this hotel an 9 out of 10. Overall, it was a really good stay and I’d definitely consider coming back. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and everything looked neat and organized when we arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy. I do feel like there should be microwaves inside these rooms. Still, overall it was a great experience. Clean rooms, nice staff, and a comfortable stay. Solid……

“I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor. Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.”

“I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.”
