“Reception Staff was very dry and remedial, in terms of providing good customer service. It seemed as if the person either didn’t want to be there altogether or specifically didn’t want to service me. No smile, no warm greeting. Obvious passive aggressive irritation at the fact I requested a different room than the one I was initially offered. No response or follow-up from management, once a written complaint was submitted. The check-out staff was actually on a personal phone call, while……

“The first day I lived on the first floor was still noisy, and the bathroom leaked. The next day, the front desk service staff helped me adjust it to the second floor, and the whole was better. The attitude of the service staff is still good.”

“Birthday Shenanigans! We stayed over the weekend for a birthday gathering. New hotel with plenty of space and especially clean and comfortable. Within minutes to shopping and great restaurants and nightlife. Staff was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!”

“I was pleased with the parking and the lighting around the property. The room was clean, no issues. The staff was attentive and friendly. The heating and air worked great. The only issue I had was that the shower was very slippery and didn't have a mat. It was hard for my mother to get in and out as she was afraid she would fall. Thank you”

“The rooms were very large and nice. The biggest downside was that the pool was cold and not kept up. Also, did not have a hot tub.”
