Room clean and staff helpful. Bathroom is small and has little counter space. Also be nice to have a microwave in the room. The air needs to be turned on before guests arrive so the room is cooled down when they arrive instead of walking into a warm humid room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Every space—both indoors and outdoors—was thoughtfully designed and inviting. The amenities were excellent, and our room was comfortable, attractive, and very well appointed. We especially loved the kombucha on tap and the fruit tasting, which were memorable touches that made the stay feel even more special. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

One of my favorite places to stay at when I'm in Hilo area. Location is convenient and so is parking. The free paddle board rentals is great with the super clear river right in front of the hotel. They also offer free bike rentals as well but all first come first serve.
