Wonderful Villa in Shipyard

We've been coming to HHI for several years and we especially love Evian. This villa was excellent and only a short bike ride to the private beach. The beds were very comfortable and everything was in excellent condition. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Wonderful property. Clean, very comfortable furnishings, well equipped. Check in process was a snap with plenty of helpful information. Easy walking distance to the beach and/or the Sonesta Resort. We had friends who stayed with us for two days and they had only raves about the property.

Stay at 223 Evian

I have stayed in the Evian community before, and I wanted to return for location and community amenities. I studied the online reviews before leasing this property (223 Evian). The reviews were misleading. I agree that the furnishings and most of the kitchen equipment met expectations. Vacation Properties provides towels and linens, including beach towels. However, on entry to condo, there were carpet stains, carpet was worn and stained throughout, the kitchen floor had a large floor stain, the deck had not been cleaned of pollen & bird poop, windows were dirty and filmy, windows could not be opened, door screen fell off when opening, refrigerator leaked, ice machine did not work, some baking ware was left greasy, painting of interior and exterior was in poor condition, and roaches (including Palmetto bugs) appeared on 4 occasions. I notified the property manager about condition of unit upon arrival. They responded to remove the Palmetto bug in the master bedroom and left a can of raid on the doorstep. We did not hear from them again. Overall, my family and I made do by cleaning for two hours to feel more comfortable in the property. I would not lease this property ever again.

Excellent!

We had a great stay at this condo. We had already stayed in the Evian community and came back. The condo is a quick 10min bike ride to the beach entrance and 2min ride to the pool. The property was very clean. Sofas and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped (much better than other places we've stayed) All appliances worked perfectly and were spotless. The communication with Vacation Properties was seemless and they also provided a coupon for bikes and beach chair. Will come back!

What a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo is in a great location! Close to the pool, and 2 minutes in the car to the beach! We enjoyed being tucked off the beaten path, but close to Shelter Cove and Coligny.

Winter escape for golf

The condo was impeccably clean,comfortable and as pictured in the VRBO. Kitchen had all necessary items although it could use sharper knives. 😱. It was very quiet during our stay much to our liking.

Great location

Evian development is close to the beach and a ten minute leisurely bike ride to Coligny. Pool and tennis courts were great. Villa was nice and everything was as expected.

Good overall. Kept finding dead cockroaches on the floor all week. Master bedroom was very warm when the rest of the condo was cool....needed to use a fan all week in the master bedroom. Very little hot water the first 3 days. Had to call maintenance.

Very quiet, well furnished. Excellent unit.

This unit was a really nice unit. Very clean. Second story, 2 bed, 2 bath excellent sized, well laid out. It had lots of seating, tons of closet space. Well equipped, down to some laundry pods and dishwasher pods, and toiletries. All the kitchen supplies you could need. Very, very quiet. Short bike ride to the beach, close to both front gate and side gate into Shipyard. Would recommend this unit for sure! Communication through rental company was the best communication I've had in all the rentals I've ever done. So easy!!
