Really enjoyed the property. Well maintained and comforable. The property manager was extreemly easy to work with. Was so nice to have our pets with us on vacation. Did need to be cautious about going outside with them as there are gators/crocs in the ponds. Would have been nice to have a blender. We will try to stay here again!

Very nice location, quiet, clean, unit close to pond/swimming pool/tennis courts (perfect for our group of adults and teens) Nice walk to the beach. Made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Close to restaurants, bike rentals, shopping. Property manager quick to respond and pleasant. Would recommend.

This unit was in a great location in Shipyard. The unit is as described. The kitchen and upstairs master were very nice and spacious! The two issues we experienced were that the a/c did not blow cool air into the downstairs bedroom sufficiently and the keypad into the unit was broken for four days, which was inconvenient. We love Hilton Head; recommend biking, days at the beach, Java Burrito, Black Marlin & Nectar! Thank you!

Excellent, super clean villa

We stayed at the villa for 6 nights and had a wonderful stay! It's very clean, well-appointed, and was perfectly sized for what we needed. There are also wonderful views of the lagoon and golf course from the many windows on the back and side of the villa. We will absolutely look to return to this villa on future trips to Hilton Head.

Sweet memories made here.

Our family enjoyed staying, visiting and cooking together in this Evian property. It was very clean with three good size bedrooms. My adult children really enjoyed waking up and making their morning brew in the coffee bar. Our fellas cooked up a tasty meal using the grill on the patio. While standing on the patio we enjoyed watching some wildlife by the stream. The pool was close by and the beach access was very close. Our grandson enjoyed riding his bike and playing in the pool with new friends that he met next door. Oh, and he loved seeing the big gator, from a distance! I also thought having the children’s books available was a sweet touch! He enjoyed them so. The water main broke while we were there but the gentlemen were quick to respond and it only took a couple of hours to fix. So grateful to our hostess/host for providing our family with a wonderful place to stay in HH!

Great condo, great location

Beautiful property all around. We wome up to 4 deer and an alligator basically in the back yard. One doe walked up less than 10 feet from the porch. As far as cleanliness, we had to kill 2 roaches on the bedroom door almost immediately. Through out the stay I ended up killing 10 but found a few dead roaches on the floor. They were coming in through the doors, because thats the proximity all were found. The condo wasn't dirty but that made it feel dirty. It just needs more efficient pest control and it would be absolutely perfect.

We love shipyard but this property was in very poor condition, there were roaches and bugs, broken equipment and handles… just not up to mark.

Pleasant surprise

We always stay in shipyard when we visit Hilton Head. Actually always in Evian as well. This house was a perfect location though. We had a lot of wildlife in the backyard... plenty of room for our family of 7. And we had additional family over for dinner that absolutely enjoyed the peace and views as well. Great location . Wonderful home. Well equipped. Well taken care of and easy access to everywhere.

Better Then Advertised

I rented this for my brother and myself and my two dogs to celebrate him graduating college! We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. The Evolve team and Trish were terrific! Trish helped us through the process and was amazing, and reminded us what excellent customer service is like! What beautiful facilities! You are right next to the pool, the pond and tennis courts. There is plenty of room to walk around and just enjoy your time down south. We are thankful to the evolve team and the owners of this property for sharing their home with us and allowing us a week in paradise.

Property was as promised, better in fact. Short walk to the resort beach, beautiful outdoor views, and spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities needed for our stay. We would definitely book the rental again.

Greatly enjoyed our stay

Very nice place and neighborhood as well as friendly neighbors. Also great support; the stopper in the master bath sink was stuck making it drain very slowly. I didn't want to call the property manager since it was Dec 24, but a relative suggested I call to at least get in queue since it would be a few days to the Monday after the holiday. Tricia was there within thirty minutes with tools and supplies to get it resolved. We could have survived a few days with this minor issue, but really appreciated Tricia's very quick support, especially during the holidays. In the property description it says "NOTE: The property requires interior stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility". I was a little concerned because my 91 year old mother uses a walker, but I could tell there was at least the downstairs bedroom and bath for her. There are two steps into the property and then there is a small landing with one step down to the main floor. I had to help my mom navigate those three stairs with her walker, but then she was OK, even with the one small step down into the living room. She had no need to go upstairs to the other bedrooms. She also had to navigate a standard tub in the downstairs bathroom, but was able to manage that herself. I hope this additional info is helpful in case someone else is concerned about stairs. In any case she said she really liked the place and would go back (assuming someone can help her with the entry steps). She was also pleased to find that in addition to a regular coffee maker that there was a Keurig machine for her to make her coffee each morning. So, the property is mom-approved and I also recommend this wonderful property in a beautiful setting, with an excellent property manager, too.
