Ocean Club 40 - Rooftop Deck!! Ocean Front

With an over 660 square ft. rooftop deck plus a deck off of the living room area, guests staying in Ocean 40 enjoy outstanding views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beach. Walk up one flight to enter this two-story oceanfront townhouse with Atlantic ocean views from the living room and its balcony, the master bedroom, and bedroom 2. Follow the adjacent wooden walkway to and from the beach or take a dip in the on-site courtyard pool a few steps away. Ocean Club has parking in front of each condominium. It is located in South Forest Beach and within walking distance of Coligny Plaza & Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Ocean Club 40 is spacious and up-to-date with lovely furnishings and recently renovated kitchen and baths. King in the master bedroom, king in bedroom 2, two twins in bedroom 3.

Great Location

This condo is right on the beach with a beautiful view. Chair and umbrella rental available right at beach as you walk out. Condo is well equipped. You are easy walking distance to Coligney Plaza. I highly recommend renting bikes! So fun!

The property is in the perfect location, steps.from the beach. The few from the patio was better than I expected. Bathrooms were not clean though. Found hair and a used tampon in the shower. Furniture needs to be cleaned.

One of the best locations on the island

Seashore is an amazing rental manager. Incredibly responsive, great communication, and extremely timely with their response to our air conditioner breaking at our property. The property is as-advertised but don’t expect any updates or special amenities. Amazing beach front view and location. Very dated decor, old carpet, and limited kitchen utensils for cooking. We came to the beach for the beach though! Morning coffee was great on the deck. We will most likely look for a more updated ocean view property next year.

Unit needs updating

We have been to ocean club complex before but this was our first time in this unit. It is in desperate need of an update concerning furniture and the carpet needs replacing due to stains! There was a musty smell that we noticed when we would return to the unit. We love the upper deck but did not have access to the balcony area facing the pool - it was dead bolted for some reason. We will definitely be back to ocean club complex because we love the location, the layout of the units, access to the beach and the feel of the area. We will just be more careful in researching the units.

Hilton Head Oceanfront Beach Property Stay

This was by far the best beach rental we have stayed at. The three bedrooms, three bathrooms, family room and spacious kitchen was more than adequate for my family of four. The ocean view from the balcony on the main floor was fantastic and finally the open deck on the top floor is something I have never experienced in another rental. The place was immaculately clean when we arrived and is literally a coupe of minutes walk/stroll from the white sand beaches. The internet connection was weak in the family room but was fine in all bedrooms and in the dining area. I intend to keep coming back to this property as and when time permits.

Just steps from the beach !!

The location was perfect. The rooftop deck was great for spending evenings under the stars and listening to the ocean. Could use a few upgrades and new cleaning company but over all enjoyed ourselves very much.

Awesome location!! Plenty of room

This is in an amazing location, right on the beach with an awesome terrace. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed. Pans were actually better than other rentals. My only recommendation is to replace the sofa and loveseat- very used, dirty and smelly- and hire new cleaning service- you can tell they didn’t scrub the toilets-
