Loved the views of the ocean, proximity to beach and availability of umbrella and chairs. Condo was very true to the pictures and very clean....well stocked with everything needed in terms of plates and pots and pans. Would definitely book again!

The condo was everything as described. It was a quiet area, easy access to the ocean and a beautiful view. The Property Management Company (Becky) was very helpful with the delivery of our golf clubs since they arrived before our stay. We are very happy we decided on this property.

Room was exactly as promised. Grounds were nice and access to the beach was excellent. Unit was clean as if it were brand new. Only one bar stool and it was to tall but that’s just my daughter being nit-picky LOL. 250 coupon was great for the bikes. Hope to come back when the new pool is in.

Villamare is great! This condo is so close to the pool & beach that it makes your stay a breeze. I am nearing my third trimester of pregnancy, so we knew we needed “easy” & this was it! The condo is so cute. The only downfall was cleanliness upon arrival. The carpeted areas had a few large stains & didn’t look like it had been vacuumed prior to our arrival. Nothing major, but candy wrappers, popcorn, & someone’s dropped medication laying around. A vacuum is present in the condo, so we did some light cleaning before unpacking, but overall, our stay was great! The kitchen is stocked, the views are perfect, the condo is nice and open, & the community is fabulous!

Location and condo were perfect however, we were on 5th floor and elevators not working for hours on day of check in. Also, cleaning companies were taking all the carts so, difficult to find once elevators were functional.

The property was perfect for two or up to four. The room was clean and tidy and the view was great. The Netflix subscription stopped working after the first night, but still had Amazon Prime. Hulu also wasn't activated. But would return for sure!

This is our second stay at 1509 in Villamare and was another great experience. My wife and I stayed back in October and this time we brought my 90 yr old father. It is a great location with nice view of the ocean and easy beach access. The unit was sold between our last visit and this trip and the living room and a few other furnishings were nicely updated. Would highly recommend this unit for a great visit to Hilton Head.
