Horrible experience!!

It's a good House with horrible property managers. I am not sure where to start and I wish I could load the pictures we took to the website. Do not be confused with the amount of beds that are advertised. Tumblers are not beds. They are Tumblers. The day of check in, I received an email stating 4:00pm check in is not guaranteed. We arrived and the pool area was trashed. A couple of beer cans , to many cigarette butts to even count. The grosses part big fake eye lashes in the pool and around the pool. 2 pairs of black dirty socks on the steps inside the house. A member of our group gets in bed the first night and found 2 black socks under the covers. Another member gets in bed and the bed frame fell apart. Another one of the rooms the bed was held up by 2x4's. The pump on the pool didn't work. Although sunset rentals did send someone over the next day to fix the pump , they still didn't clean it. We had 2 people jump in the pool and cigarette butts and fake eyelashes came out of the filters . This grossed out everyone and one person Skimmed the pool and even grossed us out more. Parking is horrible if you rent this house better bring 4 compact cars.. Saturday we come back to the house and the code didn't work to get into the house. 2 hours worth of calling and sending emails until we finally had some one call us back and give us a new code. We go to Hilton Head twice a year and this was the worst experience in renting a house. My advice if you see Sunset Rentals as the property managers of a house you are thinking about renting , I would seriously reconsider. Rude

Family Vacation

What an amazing experience! Family all together enjoying the amazing property and location to the beach was well worth it all. The kids were able to split time at the pool and the beach not to mention a neighborhood playground nearby.
