Great Family Vacation Home

This house had everything we needed including baby furniture! The elevator made extremely easy moving our bags to any floor. The pool was a great spot to hang around. I will visit this place again!

Family Birthday Celebration

We loved the house! The elevator was great for my 75th mom and aunt. The pool was great for my nieces. The location was excellent. We had a wonderful vacation on Hilton Head!

Great Place for Family Vacation

My in-law family and I stayed in the Sandcastles by the Sea for a week, this house was enough room for everyone and accommodated everyone's needs. The house was conveniently located right by a bike trail that leads to the ocean & great for bike rides. Communication from the ladies at Beach House Boutique was great, I would highly recommend.

Such an outstanding place, would actually love to buy it. We had a great time, elevator was a little picky, but other than that, everything was as good or better than expected.

Great place

House was beautiful and well equipped with necessities. The best part was the heated pool and the outside space for dining and hanging out. The are around the pool needs to be resealed as the paint was coming off . Overall a great experience. Short walk to the beach.

Family getaway....

This weekend was supposed to be our wedding weekend but due to the pandemic we had to postpone till July 2021. So we decided to getaway and make the trip to Hilton Head. Great getaway and the home was very warm to us, everything we needed was here. Check 122 Sandcastle Ct out, u will enjoy.

Beautiful home

Me and my family of 16+ stayed at this house in August 2024. This house exceeded our expectations. More than enough room for the entire family. House was spacious and clean and just as described. Close to beach, stores, and shopping. Check in was smooth. Property Manager was very attentive with answering any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again if in the Hilton Head area.

Family fun in HH

This house was perfect for our family vacay! it has every thing you need to sit back, relax and enjoy yourself. Short half mile walk/ ride to the beach. If it rains, you can still enjoy the covered pool. Our kiddos loved it! Parking was the only thing that could have been better. We had 5 cars and you cannot park in the street so be prepared!

Annual Schmidt Family Vacation

My husband and I - along with our three children - their spouses - and TEN grandchildren - thoroughly enjoyed using this beach house for our 2023 vacation week. Beach & mini golf were in walking distance - pool was small - but certainly accommodated our needs for the younger children. Truthfully, many adults and older children would not be able to use this pool - with all of us together. For our family, this was a wonderful vacation - thank you!

Long weekend with family

The house was perfect for our stay - we had an almost 1 year old and a 3.5 year old + 3 couples + Grandma and we all had plenty of space. All the necessities for the baby were covered and they gave us the contact info to rent additional items that were more for additional convenience and comfort. The heated pool was amazing considering the beginning of the trip was chilly and rainy - we didn't miss a day of swimming since it was still warm and covered! Great location, everything exactly as listed, would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

Great stay at Folly Field Beach

Lovely home on lagoon. Family enjoyed the covered pool and proximity to several beaches, parks and shopping. Very comfortable, and elevator is a great plus. Great home for family with small children - cute kids bunk room. The gator and turtles in the pond really entertained the grandchildren. If you cook a lot on vacation like we do, you might want to bring additional items. Wi-Fi worked but could be slow at times. Great house for large groups. Would recommend!

Had everything we needed

It is a beautiful home. Walls showing some wear on steps and hallway. Could use a coat of paint. Otherwise it was perfect for our large family. Pool was perfect for those rainy days.

House was nice kids really enjoyed the pool. Was really surprised there was no crock pot and there was no brooms to be found in the house when you have 16 people you need to clean up as you go . We had to call for a new shower curtain because it was moldy they did bring us a broom but it was a 4 ft you had to bend over to use it . Overall it was nice and had a great time 😀

Nice but needs a few tweaks

Nice property but for a listing for 20+ people kitchen should have more food prep items (mixing bowls). Also our group ranged from 80 to 3 and a pool handle on the steps would have been great. The revelator works but it has a tenancy of getting stuck on the 4 th floor due to a gate/door issue.

Great Place for families!

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed in house. Four generations together! Loved the screened in porch off the main level & having private pool with plenty of comfy seating! Rented for the elevator, but safety features have the able bodied going up and down the stairs to get it to the floor needed…so make sure able bodied folks are with!

Beautiful spacious home

I visited in July of ‘22 with three other families- a total of 15 people. At first we were nervous about space, but this home gave plenty of options for rooms and bathrooms so it was not an issue. It is beautifully decorated and stocked with whatever you would need. We enjoyed the pool every day and watching the wildlife in the lagoon. The only drawback was the walk to the beach (with alllll of the beach stuff). It doesn’t sound far but when your arms are loaded with bags and chairs and it’s 95 degrees, you notice. BUT, we ended up shuttling each other each time and eventually rented some bikes for the teens so it worked out.

Wonderful family reunion spot

Our vacation was just wonderful. We loved the proximity to the beach and the small pool when we needed a break from the heat. Parking at the beach is not easy, but the bikes worked out perfectly and we were able to drive the older members down when they couldn't find parking. Definitely rent bikes! There were lots of chairs, sand/pool toys and towels. The ice-maker did work, but never really made enough ice, so just buy a couple of bags. And, the elevator was the same--it worked, but was very finicky (e.g., on the top floor, you have to really pull the door shut hard) and you always had to make sure you closed the gate and door whenever you left it or it wouldn't work for the next person calling from another floor. It wasn't a big deal for us, but if you really needed the elevator for someone in your group, that might be a consideration. The kids enjoyed the turtles (and alligator!) in the pond and the parents were glad to have high chairs, pack n plays, etc. Bring safety locks, though. The agency was quick to respond to any queries and we had a great time. We'd definitely go back!

Vacationer’s perfect retreat

This has to be one of the best stays we have had through vrbo. Everything was so clean and updated. Loved the decor of the house. Pool was clean and warm, grill was clean.. neighborhood is gated and amazing. I can go on and on about this property. Wishing to go back sometime

Great house, close to beach.

House was great for our trip and had close proximity(.25mi) to Folly Field Beach Park, rented several bikes with carts to transport kiddos and beach gear.
