Very nice vacation

Condo is clean and roomy enough for everyone. We love the addition of the bicycles and used them every day. Only suggestion I can make is it would be nice to have an additional key to access the building so guests can go different directions. We managed around this.

Great stay

Plenty of room at this vrbo. It was clean and stocked with cooking supplies. Good location and comfy beds and furniture. There were some beach towels, bikes, beach chairs and a wagon available to use. Laundry worked great. Only minor complaint is you can hear some noise from the indoor pool, but that closes at 10. We brought a pack n play and it fit in the bathroom, but also there wasn’t a lot of sunlight in the bedrooms in the evenings also for little ones since it is first floor. Would stay here again.

The place was very nice and quick access to everything. I would definitely stay there again. Loved the access from the patio. We had an issue with the Keurig and they brought a replacement immediately. I would suggest a broom to sweep ourselves when needed. I would get a smaller TV stand in front of the couch bed because the couch bed hits it. My 7 year old and I slept in the king bed and the headboard is so noisy. Can’t even turn without a lot of noise. Otherwise everything was great!

Cute place but cleaning needs to improve

The villa was as it was described and it worked well for our family. Genesis responded quickly anytime I had a question. The only thing that I had an issue with is the cleansiness of the villa. I did not want the cleaning staff to come back since we already had unpacked, but that needs to improve. Also, the beach chairs they have served the purpose but we would have brought our own had we known the condition of them. They should be replaced.

Nice villa in a nice location.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the Villa. It was a nice size. My husband stayed here for 32 nights. We had family and friends visit. It was great that they had their separate wing with bathroom and sitting area!We liked that we could sit outside and have privacy! We could park close to the door. We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa!We liked the location. We could walk and bike every where. We didn’t like the humidity in the Villa. It smelled musty. We wish we would have been contacted about the building being painted. We couldn’t use our outdoor furniture or patio for about 1 week.

Stylish and great location-paradise found

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This first floor, 2 bed, 2 bath retreat was just what we needed for a weekend away with friends. The condo setup is ideal. One central dining area and then two separate areas for TV entertainment. Lots of privacy between bedrooms. Decor was stylish and classy seaside chic, absolutely appropriate for a place near the shore. We loved our stay, location is convenient and near HHI highlights. Our only suggestion is to make the bed in the 2nd bedroom a King size as well. Plenty of room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed at 103 Ocean Walk for the month of February. It was a fabulous experience. The unit was spotless and looked just like the photos. It had everything one needs for a beach experience-beach chairs, beach towels, washer and dryer, comfortable beds, etc. It was located in a perfect community merely 5 minutes from the beach.
