Perfect Family Trip

The home was clean, well taken care of, and beautifully decorated. The location across from the golf course on the lagoon was perfect! The kids and adults enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock. Wonderful house!

Perfect for our framily!

The property was the perfect fit for our framily. We had a range of ages parents and young adults. We all enjoyed sitting on the back porch and observing the various wildlife on land and in the lagoon. Would love to stay at this property again.

Perfect Location

Our family comes to HHI every summer. 11 Promontory Ct was the perfect location. House was roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet. Pool was the perfect size. Super close to The General Store, Pickleball Courts and Disney Beach. We rode our bikes everywhere. Kitchen had every thing you would need to prepare meals. The staff at Beachside Getaway were extremely helpful. Nice vacation!!!!

Island Oasis

Just stayed at this lovely, spacious home for a week with our extended family of 10. Plenty of comfortable accommodations for everyone. Private gated community location is top notch, awesome view from the back porch and pool area is hard to beat. The one and only reason we gave "cleanliness" 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pool needed some cleaning, but the Property manager is extremely attentive & accommodating and promised that they were going to get that fixed immediately. In all, a wonderful experience and we won't hesitate to rent this property again in the future.

Fantastic

Our family of five had a great week at the beach in this home. There was so much to do just within walking distance. The communication with the property manager could have been better. I replied to one of their welcome emails with a concern that the beverage fridge in the kitchen was running very loudly. There was a sign posted that it is not functional so I asked if it could at least be unplugged to stop the noise but they never responded. Also, the welcome book stated that you could enjoy two free hours of tennis but the Palmetto Dunes club said that the benefit had not been renewed so we ended up paying for it ourselves. Neither of those things would keep us from returning as the house, and especially the pool, were awesome!

The Perfect Multi-generational House

This property is even better in person! It was perfect for our whole family of 7 with plenty of space for different groups to gather to talk, watch TV, cook and of course relax by the pool. The Palmetto Dunes resort is central to so much without lots of traffic. We will definitely be returning.
