Welcome to 30 Lands End Road located at the tip of the island in one of the most sought after areas on Hilton Head! This completely renovated 4BR/4BA villa offers water front views of the Braddock Cove and is located across the street from the beach boardwalk.
As you enter into the villa, you are greeted with an open living room with vaulted ceilings and views out to the water. The living room has a grey sectional sofa, two coastal themed armchairs and a mounted 75" SMART TV. Off the living room is a sliding door that takes you out to the screened porch with rocking bench and two chairs which is the perfect spot for morning coffee or glass of wine at the end of the day.
Back inside you will find a completely renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and white granite countertops. The kitchen offers a large 10.5ft island that also doubles as a dining area with seating for 8 guests.
On the main floor you will have two guest rooms, each with a king bed. The master bedroom offers water views, private access to screened porch and 43" SMART TV. The beautiful master bathroom has a double vanity with granite countertops and walk-in shower. Down the hall is the second guest room with king bed and hall access to full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Up the stairs to the second floor, you will find the remaining two bedrooms. The first room offers a king bed overlooking the Braddock Cove, 43" SMART TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The last bedroom is the perfect place for the kids in the family! This room offers two sets of twin bunk beds, one of which has a twin trundle, sleeping a total of 5 guests! The room also have a 43" SMART TV and private bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Enjoy hanging outside on your private deck, watching all the passing boats and enjoying the wildlife.....you may even spot dolphins! The outside deck has bench seating all the way around, a dining table with four chairs and charcoal grill.
The Lands End complex features an on-site pool and 2 private parking spaces per property. You are also a short walk or bike ride to South Beach Marina Village shops, restaurants, water activities and nightly entertainment. This is the perfect Sea Pines villa for your next Hilton Head vacation!
