Welcome to Seascape Villas 3077, your own slice of paradise, also known as "Cake by the Ocean." This modern condo is the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Picture yourself surrounded by palm trees on your private deck, enjoying alfresco dinners with the provided table and gas grill while overlooking the pool.

Seascape Villas offers two saltwater pools and beautiful tropical landscaping, making it the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. You can access the ocean from the exclusive walkway right off Ocean Oak Resort or take advantage of the free trolley service. Additionally, Seascape guests have access to the private cabana, a convenient restroom, and a changing room located at the walkway to the beach.

There are many opportunities to explore the area with walking and biking trails surrounding the complex. Coligny Plaza, a hub for various shops and restaurants, is conveniently located only a mile away. Golfers can also enjoy the Shipyard Golf Club, just three miles away. And if you're looking for a relaxing afternoon, Low Country Celebration Park is within walking distance.

The living room is the perfect place to unwind, with a comfortable queen sofa bed and a TV. The kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and dishwasher, and sleek granite countertops. Property was great! Really well stocked with all amenities needed for a week of vacation. Pool was fantastic, easy walk to the beach and Coligny plaza. Very family friendly location, lots of space for everyone.
