Best Ever

Top notch in every way! Probably the most beautiful rental we have ever had, and the location was superb. Very EZ to get to with supermarkets and restaurants within one mile.

We have rented this home multiple times for family vacation and plan to rent it multiple times in the future. We rent a few homes a year around the country for family time. This house is by far the best and the only repeat home we rent.

Beautiful vacation spot

The house & beach are beautiful!! The kitchen was the best of any house I’ve rented & the staff responded to a maintenance issue quickly. Our family enjoyed golf at Oyster Reef & Coco’s food & drinks were surprisingly good.

Beautiful home / amazing ocean views

We loved our stay. Beautiful, well-furnished home that sits on the beach. The panoramic views from the home were amazing. Enjoyed walking the beach every day. The kids enjoyed the oceanfront pool and the bunk room. The management company was easy to book with and super helpful. We will be back for sure!!

Very well appointed, convenient lovely home. Perfect for our group very spacious and extremely well equipped kitchen. Property is convenient to everything. Coco's beach side grill is convenient and we never heard one noise. All around very great property

Wonderful home with everything you need

We stayed at this property with my whole family which included 8 adults and 7 kids ranging from 10 yrs to newborn. We had a blast! Between pool and beach it was endless fun. Grocery store is 5 min drive which we used often and countless restaurants, ferry’s etc were all within 10-15 mins. Would recommend for family stay!

We chose this home as the destination to celebrate our Mom’s 80th birthday! The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The location couldn’t be better with the beach right outside the door, a private pool to enjoy and a bar next door. Management was very pleasant and responsive. Perfect place for a large group! Everyone enjoyed their stay!!

Gorgeous home!

The home was amazing and perfect for our family of 11, which included 3 toddles. We loved the location, the pool, the furnishings, really everything was perfect! The only hiccup was our check-in. We arrived shortly after 4pm, which was listed as the check-in time, but it was all locked up. We had trouble reaching anyone for help, so it was a bit of a letdown after driving many hours with a toddler and being locked out. We were eventually contacted and told that the check in time was 5pm and the door would unlock then, but I stated that the listing and check-in info page both listed it at 4pm so we were given the garage access code. All & all it was not a huge deal, but like I said, just an unfortunate arrival experience. Aside from that, our stay was perfect and we would 100% rent it again. The views are spectacular too!

Great vacation

Easy access to beach and beach-side restaurant/bar. Finishes are excellent. Only downside is no ice machine, so plan to buy ice daily. We have stayed in this neighborhood before, and this house is nice even compared to the places around it. Mid-week trash pick up and pool cleaning. Also, management company reached out by text midweek to make sure trip was going well. Thanks!

September 2016 Stay

This home was perfect for our extended family vacation. Everyone had beautiful, spacious bedrooms and the common areas gave us plenty of room to be together. The pool was just the perfect size and even had a shallow "shelf" end that was perfect for my 2 year old grandson. We had a small maintenance issue due to rain from a storm and the company responded right away. I highly recommend this property.

Better Than Expected

Rented for five nights for a small family reunion. The property was on the beach, great views of morning sunrise. Rooms were large and clean, most of them with ocean views. Back patio area was clean with well maintained furniture. We had many of our on the back deck/patio while enjoying the ocean view. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils. We were all really impressed with the house, and look forward to staying here again. It exceeded our expectations.

What an Amazing Location , The Beach literally has been our Backyard...... I booked 2 Homes because we had such a large party but 31 Singleton was truly more than what we could have ever expected....... The communication with Property management was prompt and very helpful ........ we’ve stayed on the island for years but never had an experience like this .... May 2017 Stay

This was our second time staying at 31 Singleton Beach. We are a group of 10 golfers that come to the island every May for a little golf reunion. I can't say enough positive things about this place. The home was extremely clean, very spacious and has unbelievable views. I also can't say enough nice things about our interaction with the folks at Vacation Homes of Hilton Head. We had quite a few questions and requests leading up to our arrival and everyone at the agency was very accommodating and easy to deal with (in particular Shannon). Thank you for a great vacation!
