Introducing 38 N Forest Beach Drive, a 4th-row Beach House steps from Hilton Head Island’s Forest Beach & Coligny! This family home boasts 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, & a private pool for your ultimate relaxation.
The main level of the home features a large living room with an additional sitting area, fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room and the master bedroom. The open living room has cathedral ceilings and huge windows that look out to the pool. There is a sectional sofa with matching loveseat, a glass top bistro table with two chairs and a 58” SMART TV, perfect for family movie night!
Through the living room is the formal dining room with a rectangular glass top table that comfortably seats eight. The connected kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and a small island with cook top and two bar stools.
To the left of the foyer is the master bedroom. This room has a king bed, 56” SMART TV and its own private access out to the back deck. The private master bathroom has a double vanity, large garden tub and separate walk-in shower.
Fifteen steps up to the second floor, you will find the three remaining bedrooms all with private bathrooms. The first room has a king bed, 58” SMART TV and private bathroom with single vanity and a shower/tub combo making this the perfect second master suite.
The third bedroom also offers a king bed, 43” SMART TV and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. The fourth bedroom has two queen beds, 45” TV and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. Also located on the second floor is a comfortable oversized couch that overlooks the living room below. This would be the perfect spot to settle in with your favorite book.
The private back deck with swimming pool can be accessed from the dining room or master bedroom. The elevated deck offers an outdoor dining table with four chairs and two lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
