We loved this property! The location is perfect- close to the beach and a short bike ride to general store. The pool was a nice size, house has 2 living areas and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I definitely recommend this beautiful vacation home. Barb

This house fit our needs perfectly! The open floor plan was great for our family. We spent a lot of time by the pool which had a lot of seating and the proximity to the beach was closer than we expected. The property management company was great to deal with too. We will be back to PD and would rent this house again.

The house has its own private path to the beach, and the pool was nice if you didn’t feel like going to the beach. Being in Palmetto Dunes is a privilege as well- great location to several restaurants and shopping! This was our second time renting this house- we love it!

Everything was amazing. Pool was the best and plenty of room for the kids. Couple little suggestions... For a 5 bedroom home there should be much more laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags and dish soap. I understand buying more paper towels and toilet paper. Thank you for considering the next large family. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you.

The house offered plenty of space with bedrooms on opposite ends of the house, and the open living area was a great place for our group to gather. The pool was a great beach alternative for our smaller kids, and it was very easy getting to the beach and back through the short walk between the yards to the beach path. Would certainly return here with our family.

The house is beautiful and very spacious. Besides the expected linens and bath towels, they also provided us with beach towels and beach chairs. The house has multiple flat screen TVs which the kids loved. The pool is beautiful and was very warm when we were there. The house is super close to the beach which was the biggest selling point for our group. But one of the best things about this house was the property manager. We had a wonderful, seamless experience dealing with them. There was a hurricane when we were there and the manager promptly sent a crew to help clean the pool. They also sent timely reminders about arrival and departures. It was just great to work with them.

Multiple stairs over the sand dune so not wheel friendly. The house offers a lot of space and on suites. Having a wine refrigerator was great for water and beverages! Coastal Home & Villa was great as usual! Very professional, responsive, and helpful! We ran out of propane and it was replaced by the time we went to the beach and back. If possible, always go thru Coastal Home & Villa, they are great!!

We have been coming to Hilton Head since 1984 staying in various villas and own a timeshare here but this year we decided to rent a pet friendly home with our own pool and close to the beach and are we happy we did! We loved everything about the house, location (always loved the PD community, the beach, the roominess, cleanliness and layout. This house fit our needs perfectly.
