Great stay in the beautiful island of Hilton Head!

Comfy condo right off of the beach. Just a minute or so walk and you are on the water. Close to fun family outings like mini golf and always in range of the various shops and restaurants that pepper the island. Would highly recommend checking out Hilton Head and this condo if you enjoy the ocean, good food, and fun times!

Fantastic property & great location!

This was the perfect little condo for our family of 5. Just enough space. Right near the boardwalk entrance. Short walk to the pool. The pool was nice & spacious! The beach bar on property looked SUPER fun & always seemed to have music or something going on. The owners had great communication & great recommendations. We didn’t want to leave! Wonderful, relaxing home to enjoy & explore Hilton Head.

Relaxing Stay at the Beach

My husband and I had a great time at this property. We really enjoyed the close access to the beach and the updates/design of the unit. We enjoyed the streaming services as well. Very easy process and a great host! Hope to be back soon!

Quiet location

Cute condo, perfect for my husband and me. Easy access to the beach, a little longer walk to the pool, but, that's ok. We also enjoyed the beach bar! Even checked in early after communicating with the owner Mike.

My wife and I loved this condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was prompt with replies and answered any questions we had. The proximity to the beach and the general location on the island were both great. For the two of us, it was perfect.

Lovely villa in a perfect location

Villa was cozy and comfortable and immaculately clean. Everything you could need was provided. Two minute walk over the dunes to the beach. Amenities in the development were great….Beautiful large pool, restaurants, pool bar. Highly recommend the property. Would absolutely book this again.

Nice get away to the beach.

This property has it all we needed. And on top of it, smart tv was the life saver for my 2 year kid as it was not hassle to connect the tv. It was al ready connected to wifi and ready to go. Very close access to beach. Would surely be coming back.

We loved how the property was a few second walk to the beach! I didn’t feel like I had to leave there unless we needed groceries or wanted to grab a bite to eat. It was clean and had all the cooking supplies and pots and pans that we needed. On top of the condo itself being a great place to stay the owner was very good at communicating and getting back with us if we had any questions. Reliable people to rent from

Great long weekend get away

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The owner was super friendly and easy to contact/help with questions, etc. One note - the walls are very "thin" and you can hear everything above you. Also, if you are using the gym, while it has what you need for a workout, it is very dirty.

Family friendly beach getaway

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. We have small children so the space worked for us. It would be tight with older children. Our favorite thing was the proximity to the beach. It really was just steps away from the condo. There was lots to do on the resort for kids- bike riding, tennis, playground and pool. The condo was clean and the check in process super easy! Some supplies in the condo were in short supply( toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap) but the grocery store is not far away. Would come back again!

CONDO NEEDS WORK AND VERY DIRTY - COMPLEX VERY NICE AND GREAT LOCATION

Our first experience arriving at the complex was walking into the main building and being greeted by complex employees. We were immediately excited to be in Hilton Head and enjoy our rental. However, this excitement quickly went away when we entered the condo. Greeted with a musty humidity smell combined with an insane amount of Pine-Sol. The floor was wavy and soft underneath your feet giving the idea that it was just thrown over the sub-floor without any improvements. Placing our bags in the bedroom, keeping our shoes on as the Berber carpet was stained and also damp feeling due to humidity. Comforters and bedding were not in good condition, looking like they were purchased from a hotel auction, causing us to use our own blankets and pillows while staying in the condo. The bathroom had dirt and hair all over, we contacted the owner and they offered to send cleaners back but we had already cleaned for the most part with bleach wipes. We were not interested in more Pine-Sol saturation. It looked like there had been a water leak in the past because the ceiling throughout had dark spots and cracks in the bathroom and living room. The couch that is mentioned in many of the reviews was disgusting and stained all over, it's NOT in the same condition as the pictures. The wicker furniture in the living room had dirt and nasty stuff in the cracks and was not cleaned very well. The blinds going out to the carpet stained deck were also missing panels. We have always rented condos so we could prepare food, we ended up going out to eat more on this trip because the kitchen was not up to par. The kit built cabinets were dirty and the mat that sat in front of the sink was disgusting and sticky. We wore sandals/shoes throughout our entire stay and were extremely disappointed with this rental. Severely reducing the ability to relax at night after a long day on the gorgeous beach. All--in all these people make a killing because all they are doing to this condo is the minimum to keep people renting this unit. The complex is beautiful and is top-notch. I recommend finding another unit in the complex and enjoy your entire stay.
