913 Cutter Ct- Short Stays All Summer - Steps to Harbour Town and Marina

913 Cutter Court is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath villa located in the heart of Harbour Town. In addition to its premium location, this well-appointed villa offers all the comforts of home. Note the villa does not have its own washer and dryer, but there is a laundry facility on each floor at Cutter Court with a coin-operated washer and dryer.

Just steps away from Harbour Town with its famed lighthouse and marina, you will find shopping, restaurants, outdoor entertainment, and many water sports. Biking and walking trails abound throughout Sea Pines Resort.

Beginning on May 5, 2025, two weeks after the finish of this year’s RBC Heritage, the world-famous, Pete Dye-designed Harbour Town Golf Links will close for an extensive restoration project. This project has a tentative completion date of November 2025. Views of the course may be obstructed as course maintenance will be taking place 5-7 days a week.

Wonderful stay close to Harbour Town

The condo was very clean and well kept. It was a short walk to Harbour Town and a short ride to the beach. It was a great location.

Great unit and location

The unit is very nicely renovated, the location is great and the large pool is conveniently located right across the street. On the downside, the common area had a strong smoke odor, the laundry is not in the unit and we had a little difficulty getting into the unit as we had the wrong code. Overall, I would stay again.

Great 1 BR in a great location

Everything was as advertised. Spacious 1BR with well equiped and uptodate kitchen, bath, and living space. Loved the golf course view from the balcony, walking to the pool across the street or to the marina. Adequate parking. Only issue was finding the place after dark for late checkin, very dark and building/room numbers are hard to see in the dark (parking areas not very brightly lit). Vacation Compa y was excellent to work with.

Enjoyable Stay!

This was a great vacation getaway. The only recommendation I have would be more information about beach access, where to catch the trolleys (maybe a map from the condo), and things to do in the Sea Pines area. It would also be great to know if there are golf discounts from those renting in Sea Pines. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Beautiful upgraded condo!

From the moment we opened the front door we could tell that we had chosen well. The condo appeared as listed, only better! Comfortable and attractive furnishings, lovely paint colors, granite countertops, a well equipped kitchen and a balcony overlooking the beautiful Harbour Town golf links and clubhouse are just a few of the perks we enjoyed. We loved the proximity to the harbor and all that it offers in the way of shopping and dining, within a short walk. Can’t wait to return!
