A wall was removed to make the bedroom larger for your comfort. But the star of the show is the new spa-like bathroom with a new walk-in shower with huge 12-inch rain shower head and hand-held shower hose, awesome wave tile and beautiful new tile flooring, along with new vanity and fixtures! The condo also has brand new luxury vinyl flooring throughout. You won't want to miss this beautiful condo with so many added amenities!

Location, Location, Location!!! We are steps to the beach, no streets to cross and located a five-minute walk to Coligny Plaza, which is considered the "downtown" of Hilton Head, with lots of stores and restaurants. Sip a drink on our balcony as you enjoy our ocean view! Relax on Sea Side's sundeck overlooking the beach, great for sunbathing and stargazing. When you come from the beach, there's a new shower area to shower off the sand and clean all of your beach toys and equipment. Enjoy two pools on the property, along with a swing overlooking the ocean. There is a barbecue grill area with picnic tables.

Our condo is stocked with many of your favorite amenities. There's nothing extra you have to pack. Beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and bikes! Perfect rental for couples, girls' getaways, and families with small children. Bike on the beach or the 100 miles of bike trails on the island. As you sunbathe, watch the dolphins and pelicans. Our beach, South Forest Beach, is considered Hilton Head's favorite beach. Any local with tell you that. You'll enjoy the easy access to our villa via an elevator located on the parking level, making all those trips to the beach and shopping a breeze.

Come and enjoy our freshly renovated condo featuring a beach theme and colors! The queen sleeper sofa is commercial grade (not flimsy and no bar at your back) and has a 7-inch memory foam topped mattress, unbelievably comfortable!! Definitely NOT your typical sleeper sofa! There is one bunk bed perfect for a little one. The bedroom has a queen size bed with all brand new linens to sleep on.

We fell in love with Hilton Head (and you will too) on our first trip here in the '80s and have been coming here ever since. We bought this condo because of its proximity to Marriott's Grande Ocean, which we own a timeshare week at, and are able to use its facilities being an owner. We also own other weeks of Marriott timeshares that we rent out. Not only that, we have many weeks on deposit that we can exchange to other timeshares anywhere around the world and also rent those out.
