This property is outstanding! Great location in Sea Pines. Private pool was awesome!! The view out back of the golf course was also great. The house was beautiful and well appointed! This is a place we would definitely stay at again ! The only negative was the gas grill provided for renters. It worked (sort of) but it needs to be replaced. Honestly, it just doesn’t fit with this great place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved most of our stay in this property. The location was phenomenal, we were very close to the beach and very convenient to take the trolley, we didn’t end up using it, but saw so many families using this option. The parking space at the beach was very easy, so we went with that. The pictures do not do this house justice! It is spacious and very nicely decorated. The house is well supplied with towels, beach towels, kitchen tools and so much more. The only downfall ,and why I couldn’t rate it as 5, all across , is that three were huge bugs inside , this was not something I would expect and it took away a big part of my peace. The other reason I could not give a 5 overall was that there was a tile on the pool deck broken in pieces , this was again something I had to be very watchful with my kids, I was nervous they could step on it and cut themselves , it seems like an easy fix to get a new tile over the filter. Lastly, for a family with young kids locks on the master doors are pretty important, the master suite downstairs does not have a working lock. Overall , it was a good stay and we enjoyed our time in this property, but these all seem like way fixed to make it perfect!

Reviewer Comments: Just left Hilton Head and everyone agreed this house was beautiful , great location to everything , clean & so fun to watch golfers all day right from the food table or lounging by the pool! It was an easy bike ride to the beach and to Harbor town to shop & south beach! Salty dog is a must for ice cream! We even biked to Lawton stables for horseback riding and the animal farm for the littles! We would absolutely stay here again!!!!!

The large rooms and pool area were wonderful! We had a really great time in this home. It was really great that every bedroom had their own bathroom. The pool area was perfect and we had quite a show of an alligator in the golf course behind the house that had a football in his mouth. Apparently it’s his toy according to the locals. The downstairs master mattress was very firm. Good if you like that. For me it was hard to sleep on. Some extra blankets are definitely needed in the living rooms and more beach towels. Management was wonderful and responsive.

Spent a week at 55 Heritage. Would definitely rebook in the future. Plenty of space and sleeping options for large families. There were 11 of us total. Each bedroom has its own really nice bathroom which was so nice. The smaller den area on second floor was perfect for the teenagers who wanted to have their own space for a while. Great view of the 4th hole of the golf course. Outdoor area was relaxing with plenty of seating. The property manager was very responsive to every inquiry or need. Perfect location. It was memorable week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely property. Contemporary and clean and very livable. Had the feeling of an upscale hotel. Great kitchen with most needed amenities at hand. Great yard and pool. Easy 1km bike ride to beach. Close bike ride to all other parts of Sea Pines. Far enough from golf course to not be bothered, but close enough to make fun of golfers routinely hitting the water! Great privacy to the left (looking out at course) - a bit less so to the right (we had no neighbours during our stay, so wasn't a worry, but a full house on that side would make the stay a bit more social - but that could be said for most of Sea Pines which is set up like a neighbourhood). Loved Sea Pines. Loved Hilton Head. And SC generally. Coastal H&V are fantastic vacation rental managers - truly first rate. Responsive and helpful and very professional. Commensurate with the quality of the property. When you're spending this much on a rental, do yourself a favour a go with a premium rental agency like Coastal. 5 stars from us. Wish we were still there!!
