great house for two families with children
We loved this house! There were two families, with five children ages 7-11. The location to beach & Harbor Town was a perfect bike ride. House was clean and VERY spacious with big bedrooms. We loved the big kitchen table. It was very comfortable for all. Pool was a good size & didn’t need to be heated for our mid-June stay. Impressed by how well organize and labeled things were. Would happily stay again!

The home was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Location is great (near Sea Pines Stables). Our family (Grandmother, Family of 3, and Family of 5) will definitely look for this rental again!

The Wedding
The property was located in an excellent place for a wedding reception at Sea Pines Country Club. We were a group of family and friends (9 people). The house had plenty of square footage to allow everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The back deck was a great place to gather and the teenagers braved the colder pool water for a swim. Would have been extra nice if there had been a couple of bikes to use. I did not appreciate being charged to get in and get the entrance pass. Plus we were 3 cars and only one pass. It seems to me that entering Sea Pines Resort should be included in the cost of the rental.

Nice but expected more for the price
House was a great size pool was great! There where somethings that bothered us like dirty feet after walking on the suppose to be clean floor , blankets and comforters had not been washed , and just a musky smell to the house so we kept a candle lit!

Lots of Space for Everyone!
Great location! Loved the pool and tons of space inside as well. Quick walk to the trolley station for the Beach Club. Great fit for our three families. And communication was quick and helpful with the rental company.
