house is the best. as always our stay here is very memorable. the owners have always be caring and understanding for the last 20 years that we have been here.

The house is large enough for a big crowd and the extra dishwasher and refrigerator are such a help. When we arrived there were no towels and there weren’t extra sheets for the sofa beds. The counters and tables were fairly dirty.

The property needed lots of maintenance. The outside steps, pool deck, house and decks all need power washed. We had to spray off and scrub the algae ourselves so no one would slip and fall. There was lots of maintenance inside - glass shower door hinge was completely off-fixed. The kitchen faucet had a leak that was all over the floor / also fixed. Other faucets were in need of repair - master bedroom downstairs and apartment on first floor. There is a ceiling leak in the dining room caused be collected water on the deck above it. The small decks all over the house were unusable because they need cleaned and the wood is rotting. The house did not appear to be cleaned thoroughly after being closed for the winter months. Hopefully the owner can made aware that they need to be more attentive to their property. The hot tub also needed to be fixed - done. The pool needs work also.The house was a good fit for us since we brought lots of family. The cost for the week was too much considering the condition of the p
