We celebrated my husband’s birthday with my teen twins. Open space and everything you need. The neighborhood beach and everything was great. Would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 11 Black Tern in Sea Pines. With a view of the marsh and a few block walk to the beach, we thought the location was perfect. We would see deer and birds daily right out the windows that span the entire backside of the house. We walked our dogs daily between 5-10 miles and this location was perfect for a walk down the beach and a walk back on the path. And when the weather wouldn't cooperate, the fireplace came in very handy.The setup worked very well for six of us for dinners, puzzling and board games.We are already planning our return visit next year.

Exceptional Experience

It is perfect for our needs, and a has a view that can't be beat. The living room, dining room and Master bedroom overlook an untouched grassey marsh where we can look at Egrets, geese, deer etc... And it is only a ten minute walk to the beach. Met some nice neighbors along the way. We come to Hilton Head to relax and this home is set up for just that with a comfortable, welcoming environment for reading by the pool or in the living room overlooking nature. A well-stocked welcome basket had yummy snacks to tide us over until we made it to the grocery store. (Even had a nice dog treat for our Charlie!) Immaculately clean. Not only would I recommend this property to others, but we would book it every time we come to Hilton Head.

I think our biggest complaint which has nothing to do with the rental agency is all the noise from weed blowers and lawn maintenance everyday. The other issue is all the traffic from the service companies/builders doing work in the neighborhood.

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family holiday at 11 Black Tern, loved the layout and coziness of the home, it was bright and clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was the fireplace didn't work and we chose this home looking forward to a cozy Thanksgiving evening fire. Also there was a musty smell and the windows don't open so no fresh air can get in. Great location. Would definitely rent with BESTNEST again.

Super easy to roll right into this home and relax, given that all the essentials are already there for you. The pool is great to have. To clarify the setup of the rooms: the master suite with a king and ensuite and the additional 2 bedrooms have a jack and jill set up. It was perfect for our family and we will def return!
