Great family vacay!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Place was clean, well stocked and updated. The view from the deck was stunning and the pool was just a walk across the street. Harbour Town was also within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, spacious, clean modern updates with fabulous views of the lagoon right off the deck. Will definitely recommend this property and hope to come back again.

Nice condo bike ride distance to Harbour Town

The condo was a perfect size for our family of 7. The location. Was near Lawton Stables & Harbour Town. The complex pool is directly across which is nice although the pool water was too warm. A couple of recommendations for the home. Please purchase new pans for the kitchen and a dustpan.

Great Sea Pines location

We love this location with the pond view, access to the pool and tennis courts, and central location to all that Se Pines has to offer! This is our second stay in this unit and were overall pleased. However, we were very disappointed with the WiFi strength which was not capable of supporting teleworking for even simple tasks like emails. We requested tech support, but only had response from the office staff. They requested IT support, but it was not addressed during our 5 day stay. The upstairs loft was also very warm and it took 3 days for a repairman to respond to try to fix the ceiling fan. He wasn’t able to fix it during our stay, but I do think the fan could help. Overall, good stay and a few fixes would make this a 5 star stay.

If there are issues you WON’T be reimbursed

The property itself is nothing shy of peace and beauty. However, upon arrival the code given to us didn’t work! We contacted property manager and my family and I waited patiently as 3 codes were issued and none worked. We checked into a hotel finally at 2AM!!! I expected to be reimbursed for the 1st night, but management refused. I felt I shouldn’t be made to pay full price & had to get a hotel the 1st night!! I’ll skip over Vacasa every time from now on. So I hope you won’t run into problems during your stay because you won’t be reimbursed for their oversights or shortcomings.

Loved this condo.

Condo is bigger than pictures show. Plenty of room for the six of us. Beds are very comfortable. Place was very clean. Had a charcoal grill on patio for use. Nice being across the street from the pool which was nice. We would come back here again.

The property overall was comfortable. The upstairs bathroom had chipping paint that seemed like it might need attention. The front steps and porch could use a little freshening up. Overall it was comfortable and the location was nice. We would rent again.

Perfect location for relaxing Sea Pines adventure

The unit was the perfect size for my parents and my husband and I to stay downstairs, while our 2 adult sons and wife stayed upstairs. The spacious accommodations allowed everyone to have plenty of room in the kitchen and common areas. We used the pool every day and it was so convenient across from the unit! We enjoyed our 15 minute bike ride to the beach and all over the island. Perfect location for all ages! The sitting area outside by the lake was a great gathering area which we all enjoyed!

First Time In Hilton Head

I enjoyed my stay very much. It was very roomy and comfortable. I am concerned about the master shower not having a plastic strip behind the glass door to stop the water from coming out causing a puddle everytime you shower. The owner will have a problem with the floors soon in that area. (Just FYI for the owner.) Also, sitting outside was nice until the mosquitos came to feast. Bring bug spray. Other than that you will enjoy your stay here. The public pool is steps away as well as the tennis courts. The ride to the beach is about 10 minutes but it wasn't a problem for us. There is a small charcoal grill on the porch that wasn't mentioned in the discription should you need one. I hope this helps. Thank you for an enjoyable experience.

Pleasantly Surprised

The photos do not do this unit justice. I was hesitant about booking due to many negative reviews; however, I could see in the photos that the unit had been updated. My family loved the open floor concept and the views are amazing! We stay in Hilton Head each year for our ‘end of summer’ trip. This was our first time at this property, but hopefully not our last. It was the most relaxing/quiet place we have ever stayed. The property was clean and inviting. We saw a deer pass right in front of the back deck one evening. No complaints at all!

Spacious, location, great view!

Just came off a wonderful stay at this sweet villa. I was hoping the other positive reviews were spot on and when I walked through the door I knew they were. I'd really rate it a 4 1/2 star. The villa is a 10+ minute bike ride to Harbour Town and just minutes away from saying hello to the horses that greet you over the fence. The distance to exit the Sea Pines gate is convenient enough when you want to go out to eat or shop. The shuttle service within Sea Pines works well with going to the beach and at sunset time you can park your vehicle at the Beach Club. Simply enjoying the back deck with the lake view was truly a highlight all week. The pool and tennis courts were just steps away. There are no beach chairs to borrow or games in the den cabinet in case you're hoping so. I was pleased with the response time Vacasa had when i messaged them. It's a villa we can see ourselves returning to.

Great Condo! Would definitely rent again!

The condo was beautiful, clean and very spacious! Great location to bike to everything! If we needed anything we just texted and received a response quickly! The pool was great and very clean. We would definitely stay there again! Loved it!!
