Family Vacation Extraordinaire

Beautiful home ~ comfortable beds ~ Kitchen well equipped ~ Plenty of dining seating for our family of 11~ Pool definitely a plus after mornings on the beach ~ Beach access very convenient (5minutes for the young ones-10-15 for us older folks) 😁 The only negative was the loft bedroom is very, very musky & ac wasn’t cooling the room ☹️

Property is conveniently located and easily accessed. Beach access is a convenient less than10 minute walk. Accommodations worked out very well for our 13 individuals. Swimming pool experienced a lot of good use. Kitchen accessories were more than adequately equipped. Overall experience was simply outstanding!!!

Family vacation - first one with all of us together

The house was beautiful (could use a little TLC) with an awesome location, we were very satisfied, and we would rent this house again. Vacasa NOT so much, the person that checked us in was very rude. We called them on Monday about mold in the bathrooms and the pool needed to be cleaned. They had the pool cleaned on Tuesday but they never addressed the mold in the bathrooms.

Amazing house

Family getaway

Perfect size and set up for our extended family including a 3 yr old and 5 mo old. Nice view of golf course and easy short bike to the beach.

Overall a good family vacation.

Our family enjoyed this location with a few hiccups. We had 6 adults, 2 teenage girls (13), a 5 year old, 2 three year olds and a 1 year old that turned two while on vacation. The driveway was a little tighter than expected but still fit a car, van, and F350 truck just fine. Plenty of bedrooms which are very spacious and bathrooms. We had a pack and play for our 2 year old and we actually put her in the walk through closet in the master bedroom so we wouldn’t disturb her when we finally went to bed. We also had a little toddler air mattress that we had in our room for our 3 year old with plenty of space to still walk around. I will say the master bedroom you can hear almost everything outside the room if you have louder toddlers as the doors are French style and there’s a space in between the two when they’re closed unlike a regular door. When we first arrived we saw a cockroach right when we walked in. We contacted the property manager and they had someone out there within 10 minutes spraying. Never saw another one the entire stay. Also there was mold in the bathrooms which was also taken care of quickly. It is pretty common in the south with the humidity and if you don’t turn the fan on while you’re showering, mold can form very quickly. They do have signs in the bathrooms to leave fan on while the shower is on. The walk to the beach was a littler longer than I expected but still very doable. Our 2 year old walked it just fine and never asked to be picked up. The street was annoying to cross. Those cars come flying around the corner so keep an eye on your little ones. The pool was great! It starts around 3ft and gets to be about 6ft. I had asked this question in the chat option here but they couldn’t tell me because they didn’t have the information so just in case you were wondering. They did have stuff at the house that wasn’t noted in the amenities section so that was annoying as we brought stuff and didn’t need too and could have left at home to save room. Those things were regular coffee maker, keurig coffee maker, blender, infant crib, high chair, and a few pool noodles and floats. They do have a beach wagon and beach chairs in the garage but they’re locked up so you have to bring your own beach stuff. They have a separate wine fridge with an ice chest next to it so you have plenty of ice in addition to the refrigerator ice which was good for filling up our little coolers for the beach. Overall a good vacation.

Great Location

The 44 N Sea Pines Drive is in a great location. The house is listed as a 5 bedroom but very disappointed that one of the bedrooms is in the attic and smells musty and moldy so we couldn’t use it. All of the bathrooms were full of mold! This was hard on our toddler granddaughter that has asthma so if you have health problems I would avoid this property. The rest of the house was nice, but bathrooms need to be updated. The house is on the golf course and the pool faces it, but privacy while in the pool was good as it sits lower than the course. Also, the pool has full sun all day with no shade so the water was very warm in July.

Nice location

We really enjoyed our routine summer trip to the island. The house was well suited for our needs. I suggest bringing your own pillows. Nice kitchen with lots of utensils and cookware. If you’re needing basic condiments like salt, pepper, etc bring them. Also bring beach towels. Short walk to the beach and it’s in a great location. Not overly crowded.

Perfect Choice!

Our 2 daughters and their husbands and our 2 grandchildren, ages 2 and 5 stayed here. Every room was super nice and large, and we all had our own bedrooms and baths. There was a pool, a screened porch, and a large kitchen. Was so pleased to have chosen this property…was perfect for us!

Great pool, big bedrooms

We had a great week and enjoyed the pool and watching the golfers hit from the tees. The bedrooms were nice and big, and the main living space was comfortable for the eight of us. The beach is a bit of a walk for those who have difficulty walking, but it will be fine for most. We were pleased.

Great Family Vacation Week

Vacationing in Hilton Head for many years. This home is by far the best yet. Location was perfect. Easy access to beach and for riding bikes. Love staying in Sea Pines. Have already booked the same property for next year!

Absolutely lovely, well appointed, well stocked and charming vacation house.

This is the best house we have ever stayed at on Hilton Head Island. The home is tastefully decorated, has a well stocked kitchen, an icemaker at the wet bar and plenty of bedrooms and room to play as a family! Not to mention the large screened in porch and a very big pool with all kinds of lounging area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to anyone.

Great Property and Great Location

We are HH regulars. Always stay in Sea Pines. Sea Pines is the best! This house is beautiful and in a great location. Great pool with sun in the afternoon. Right on the golf courses. Easy walk to the beach. However, only a queen bead in the master. And, that bed is not graet.

Beautiful place wish some staples were there

Loved loves this house and the location!! Wish there had been a vacuum to tidy up floors occasionally Wish there had been basic staples in kitchen like sugar and spices and soy sauces or ketchuo so we didnt have to buy just for the week One set of bed sheets for the trundle bed was lacking and we really needed it But I'm nitpicking. Overall a great house and we would return again in a heartbeat
