Amazing location & property

Amazing location and property. We booked a personal chef through Avanstay which added to our overall experience. Avanstay was extremely communicative and responsive. Highly recommend!

Amazing trip because a wonderful home

Kids (adults) flew in from Boston and Pittsburgh for another amazing week in HHI for Thanksgiving! House was big and beautiful! Views are breathtaking and dolphins were swimming all week! Loved the access to the beach! Made a Thanksgiving dinner iand had everything we needed!

The property was just lovely. Its a spacious home big enough to accommodate 6 kids, one baby as well as 7 adults all needing 4bedrooms. The kids doubled up sleeping the remaing 3.The open floor plan worked out perfectly for in home cooking and eating together as well. The house was on the beack with a privatepathe to the water as well as a pool. The were a frw hiccups with house itself but the Avant Stay who managed the property were respnsive and soles the issues with hours of the call. They were terrific.

Great Vacation

The house was amazing inside. Out side the roof had patches with leaks in the kitchen, master bathroom shower light was just hanging and looked scetchy, and would love to have outside ambient lighting working like the neighbors. The upstairs deck was coming up and was tough to walk on. These are just good suggestions to fix. Thank you for the stay.

Can’t beat the location, the common areas with wall to wall windows looking to the pool and ocean, the pool, and the access to the beach. The management company was superb and responded immediately and appropriately to questions. I will note that this property felt more like a rental in that things were more run down. The dishwasher wouldn’t close, the closet door fell down in the middle of the night etc. everything was addressed immediately which we appreciated but felt like a number of these small things were on the fritz..again can’t beat the location and management company!Also would say (as I read in other reviews) there are no rails to the pool/beach so the outside is less accessible to those with mobility issues

Great family home!

Came with husband and 6 adult “children”. House is spectacular with multiple lounge areas so everyone had their own space. Furnishings are great - kitchen and bar well stocked so we were able to cook in a few nights…..only blip was weak wi-fi signal when 3 people were online for work. Reuben from Avant Stay came first thing Monday morning and was a pro getting better reception! Only one suggestion -a broom is needed for sweeping pine needles off pool deck!

Lovely & (yes) Serene

Our family truly enjoyed staying in this gorgeous home on a picturesque stretch of quiet beach. We enjoyed seeing the baby deer with their herd of bucks & does. The pool was perfect for games & swimming laps. We loved the Miele coffee press-We have a Jura at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, modern & workable. Having a wine cooler was wonderful as it freed up space in the already generous refrigerator. The house was so quiet & charming as well. We had some connection issues with the WiFi & had to use personal hot-spots to stay connected on work-related tasks. It was a quick bike ride to South Beach! We can’t wait to rebook this house for another family trip! (Side note, we used to own a beachfront house on Cedar Waxwing so we know this area well.). The management company did an excellent job communicating with us & provided service when we needed. Thanks!
