Come explore the southern charm of Shipyard while staying at our Colonnade Club rentals Hilton Head. Colonnade 146 is a 2nd floor, Colonnade condo featuring all luxury vinyl flooring and Ashley furniture. The property also features flat-screen TVs in each room and lush island views.

The living area is outfitted with a leather sleeper sofa, loveseat and a large wall-mounted TV. You can also access the private patio through doors in the living room. Enjoy the island view while you relax on the rockers with your cup of coffee or glass of wine.

The beautifully updated kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinetry and new appliances. Enjoy a home cooked meal using the air fryer, crock pot and rice cooker/steamer. The dining area, which is between the kitchen and living room, features seating for 6.

The main bedroom features a new king Marriott mattress, large walk-in closet and a large flat screen TV. This room also has a private bathroom with granite double sinks and a new walk-in shower!

The guest bedroom features 2 new twin beds and a flat screen TV. This room has access to to a hall bath with a new tiled walk-in shower.

146 Colonnade is located just steps from 6th tee box of the Galleon Golf Course, and guests can easily take the short walk or bike ride to the beach through the private pedestrian path. Shipyard provides bathrooms and outdoor showers at the beach. The owners have provided 2 beach chairs for guests to use and have outfitted the property with thoughtful extras such as an oil diffuser and essential oils.

Explore an array of Colonnade Club rentals - a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard. This complex is close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. Please note Colonnade Club is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
