「The room itself is very nice, clean, pretty spacious considering in japan that they only have limited space here. But I have my complains. It gets very loud specially in the morning. Lots of construction going around the building. The front entrance where you get to the elevators, the hallway to get to the room, I hate to say this but the stench of the carpet is by far the worst smell I have ever endured.」

「I liked having an apartment in this neighborhood. Got to be walking distance to the palm outdoor mall and was close to three different stations that I used to get all over Tokyo. Very quiet neighborhood, new building, very easy to spot. It took some getting used to with the fancy toilet and the dryer system but overall very straightforward and comfortable.」

「We needed a place at the last minute, and this was available and close to where we needed. Rated this a bit low since toilet room and bathroom could be cleaner. Also, the fire alarm started malfunctioning early in our stay during the middle of the night. We asked management to look at it and fix it, but they did not. So we pulled the battery and put things back when we checked out. Management just kept asking if the device was still beeping even after we informed them we pulled the battery. But...

「V good」

「ok good location, but no left is the problem. How can we bring a big luggage to the 4/F terrible」
