「We really enjoyed Sylvia and Larry's cabin located at the scenic North Fork of the Smith River. The cabin was very comfortable and relaxing. The shaded babbling brook with chairs and a hammock were great spots to rest or read next to the cabin. 「The cabin and property was absolutely wonderful. The water pressure in the shower was great, the bed was very comfortable. We had good internet access and it was nice having a lot of movies to watch. We had total privacy and many places to be outside to enjoy listening to the river surrounded by nature with my wife and dog. We would recommend this to anyone! The kitchen had everything we needed. 「First time staying here and we absolutely loved it!! Great location with a private beach close to everything. Could have installed a bigger water heater as it so small only 1-2 people can take a shower the rest have to wait an hour to get the next group on. I recommend installing an instant hot water tank in the unit it’s not much more in cost. Other than that the cabin was perfect and we will be back!!!!」

「I was worried that the other cabins would be too close and have little privacy, but I was wrong!! The cabin was tucked in the beautiful trees, cushioned with the local foliage of ferns. It was truly perfectly nestled, quiet, and so peaceful. I would recommend this as the ideal place if you want a retreat in nature to recharge your internal battery. We only booked one night, but I wish we had stayed longer. It was healing and therapeutic!」

「The cabin was nice and clean. There was little services, a restaurant in the store on property. The store had limited inventory. There was nowhere to walk by the property. None the less it was comfortable.」

「This property was perfect. It was such a cute cottage with a wonderful back yard. My dogs are small so one of them did slip out of the yard. We made some adjustments & it didn't happen again. We never walked to the beach but it was a short drive. I would definitely stay here again. And I'm recommending this cottage to my friends!」

「The property is in a nice location. It is very close to the beach for great views, and low tide tidal pool exploration. It is also in a convenient proximity to the Redwood forests. We were able to explore the forest as close as 20 minues away, and alo went further along the beautiful highway 101 south for hours of amazing Redwood exploration.
