"Property itself was great and spacious. The check-in instructions were a little confusing, but we were able to check in and check out without much trouble. The only problem was communicating if we needed anything - we ran out of body wash and we left a note on our door because staff would come by and collect garbage and old towels. "This hotel was excellent mostly because of the great staff. Everyone was so helpful for a non Japanese speaking group. The restaurant was delicious but I didn’t try the Japanese one due to time. I would recommend it to anyone!"
