「The front room (bedroom) opened to the street where a neighbouring food delivery business was operating until very late. A scooter left and arrived every 30 minutes and kept us awake most of the night. The towels were very thin, faded and scratchy. Paper cups and plastic cutlery, no washing machine - not good enough for the cost. Very disappointed. 」

「地點無懈可擊極度方便 出門口個對面已經係玩具街！行大約十分鐘到黑門市場！大約25分鐘內可以到心齋橋！ 煮食工具齊備,兩電磁爐,一電陶爐,多士爐,微波爐大雪櫃！ 有四層樓共七張床,適合超級大家庭可以住十幾人,但是最大問題只有一個廁所,基本上住四人以上洗澡去廁所已經好難搞！尤其是早上！這方便自己要考慮另外就是爬樓梯的問題！ 我們二人住在地下沒有太大問題,只在一樓二樓活動,3樓4樓基本上不會去！ 因為我們去了兩天環球影城,晚上攰到要死,上二樓已經是極限!😂😂 所以我們的活動範圍只限兩層樓！ 但下次來仍然會租住因為地點太方便！ 住了五天後我們坐新幹線到東京,大約行五分鐘坐地鐵到新大阪站都是15分鐘的事非常方便! 到環球影城都是25分鐘左右！」

「大人数の家族でも部屋数があり、寝室に困らないゆとりの一棟で、快適にくつろげました。台所も備品充実していて、お風呂も広く、浴室乾燥がついているので、洗濯物も乾きます。ただ、トイレはリビングに筒抜けの小窓があり、においや音を気にしなければならないです。 テレビは地デジが見れなくて、アプリだけですが、そのパスワードがわからず電話問い合わせをしました。テレビの使い方がわかる説明書があるとより親切だと思います。 周辺に駐車場も多く、繁華街も徒歩圏内ですが、わりと静かでした。アメニティも充実していて、また大阪に来たら利用したいと思います。」
