「A small inn ran by an old couple; I didn't see much of the husband, he seemed to be busy doing various tasks around the property. The wife was a kind lady, who will help you easily if you need it, she also has a decent grasp of English so you shouldn't need much google translate, especially if you know a bit if Japanese yourself. 」

In the information I got from Expedia, both the check-in time 3 pm and 5 pm and check-out time 10 am and 11 am appeared. When my wife and I checked in at the hotel, the front desk indicated that the check-in time was 3 pm and check-out time was 11 am.
