I appreciated it learning and tasting the Japanese breakfast as I am here to do so. The room was clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I wished we had a better view of the city but we got the wall and roof of the building next to us. I like that it was very close to the bus station and that we were able to leave our luggage before we checked in so we could explore the city. The staff was very helpful in providing us with information. They were also very friendly and polite. The staff is what makes a hotel experience excellent!"
