「It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.」

「Needed a last minute place to stay, and this was clean and quiet, with attentive staff, though poorly maintained (eg old furniture stored in the hallway, bathroom exhaust did not work). The room had a huge hot tub in the corner with a wall mirror. Fantastic location, easy drive to downtown Zion and Illinois Beach State Park.」

The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. 「The room was clean, staff was wonderful breakfast was delicious. They had fresh coffee and cold/hot water available 24/7 in the lobby which we enjoyed immensely. Overall, it was good. It was the little things that I was struggling with. They only had a microwave in the lobby and many people struggled to use it. I used it but then it wouldn't turn off when I was done, it just kept going. We tried out the pool, indoors and it was COLD. We did enjoy the room with all its windows but it would have...

「There are no elevators and we had 2 large bags we had to carry upstairs. But the staff was helpful to help us carry oir bags. The location was convenient to the highway and a Walgreens and gas station」

「Room was clean and had some recent updates. Breakfast had good selection, was hot, the woman in charge of dining area kept everything real clean and well supplied. Could actually open up a window for some fresh air! No complaint, would return if in area.」
