“super zentral gelegen. Ideal, um zu Fuß die wunderschöne Stadt zu erkunden, auch mit schönen Lädchen. Sehr saubere und renovierte Zimmer. Charmantes und freundliches Service-Team.
Dadurch, dass sich das Hotel quasi mitten in der Fußgängerzone befindet und derzeit viele Baustellen, Sperrungen und enge Einbahnstraßen sind, war es für uns schwierig, mit dem Auto-Navi in der Nacht, dorthin zu finden. Die E-Ladesäule in der Hotel-Garage ist zwar vorinstalliert, aber war zu dem Zeitpunkt leider noch……

“Near to the center and Xmas markets. Hotel is good and clean. From the train station to the hotel need 15 to 20 minutes walk, it was rainy on the days so is difficult. “The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore.……

“this is one of the worst hotels i have ever booked. price/value is not there. the receptionist was rude and when I want to borrow the kettle (they don't keep one in the room), waited for an hour, then he said he is busy. the housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room, this hotel only have breakfast served. overall, a big disappointment, never again, I will stay at Fourside”

“I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner.
