"The room and staff were fine but I noted multiple times the toilet handle was broken and no one fixed it."

"This is a very old building with very poor maintenance and repairs. There were piles of dirt from where maids swept the floor and didn’t bother to remove the debris. Dirty hand marks on the walls and switches. No soap for the sink area, had to use shampoo. Not a clean place."

"The property is in pristine shape. Candice, Keith & Andrea catered to our every need and Andrea's breakfasts were over the top! Located in quaint downtown Aiken, literally everything was walkable including great shops, restaurants & entertainment."

"The airport shuttle was easy to find but I had to wait for 30 minutes before the shuttle could go. The driver was waiting for some other passengers and I had to take a taxi. So shuttle is a miss..."

"Nice room. Lots of space. I appreciated the shelf with mirror outside the bathroom for getting ready. Breakfast was good. I'd suggest putting water out for guests in the lobby area. Paid for a bottle of water and then found out there was water available in the fitness center. We enjoyed the outside area with picnic tables."
