"The hotel is next to the Yurikimome line to Shimbashi which is at one end of Ginza, and all the other trains. Therefore it's very convenient. The room was spacious with all the amenities, and was very clean. The staff were kind, helpful and professional. However, the other facilities of the hotel, such as the gym and pool, are not free. Those facilities are only free when the rooms are on the executive levels !!"
