"また泊まりたい宿です。 清潔さ→お部屋など申し分なかったのですが1箇所、大浴場のお手洗いが行き届いていなかったのが残念でした。トイレタンク上の手洗いの黒ずみです。 対応→少しだけ冷たい態度の方がいらっしゃいましたが、夕食の際の女性スタッフの方は、最高でした！ 翌朝、男性の露天風呂のお湯が抜けていたそうです。女性は大丈夫だったです。お湯が良かっただけに残念がっていました。 食事はどれもとても美味しかったです。特に朝食の釜で炊き上げられたご飯はそれだけでもまた再訪したいと思えるくらい絶品でした。 色々言ってしまいましたが、再訪したい気持ちに変わりありません！ ありがとうございました。"

"前回5月に行ったときは駐車場料金が無料だったのに、今回は二泊で６００円請求があった。？となったが、情勢が変わったのか、聞きもしなかった。 食事は朝食のみ利用しているが、あと少し料理のバラエティが欲しい。ウェルカムドリンクサービスに気が付いて、初日に利用した。良かったと思う。 建てられてからが長いホテルだと思うので、設備の古さは否めないが、 水俣のビジホが少ないし、食品を購入できるお店の最寄りなので、利便性は高い。 マットレスの古さや洗面スペースの古さが気になるがこれも致し方ない。 きっと帰省のたびに利用するだろう。スタッフは皆さん親切だ。"
