We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.

The property is located just 15 minutes from Interstate 81, offering quick and easy access to major routes heading toward Radford, Blacksburg, Roanoke, and beyond.

- The house is located on a quiet street, please be courteous of the neighbors and keep noise levels low.
- Do not run air conditioning with doors open.
- Ensure all windows and doors are locked when checking out.
- Parties are not allowed, and will not be tolerated. Guests who violate quiet hours (9pm-8am) will be notified once, and then asked to leave on the second violation.
-Turn off indoor and outdoor lights when leaving the home.
-No dogs are allowed
Trash cans are located in front of porch, all trash musts be bagged. No loose trash.
-Dock can be used by guests for swimming, fishing and docking boat.
-Ping pong table is on the second floor.
-2 living rooms. One on main level and one on second level.

-2 swinging hammock chairs on second level deck.
-water toys provided by owner:
4-5 kayaks are below the deck of home on main level closest to the cove point of the yard.
