Overall, I had a pretty good experience. Here are some detailed thoughts: 1. Location & Surroundings (a) Distance: It’s not as close to the airport as I expected. It took me about 10 minutes by taxi. (b) Environment: The surrounding area is very quiet, which I appreciated. (c) Convenience: The nearest convenience store is about a 10-minute walk away. However, it’s quite large and offers a great variety of food options. 2. Robot Self-Service I would say this experience is a bit of a mixed bag. While it’s interesting, it can sometimes take longer than expected. For example, scanning documents felt slower than if it were handled by a human staff member. 3. Dining Experience (a) Breakfast: Surprisingly excellent. I highly recommend it — the food tasted great and there was a wide variety of choices. (b) Late-night food: A very thoughtful touch is that the hotel offers frozen meals for guests arriving late at night. They are affordable and can be easily heated in the microwave, which is quite convenient. 4. Room Condition The room was clean and well-maintained, meeting standard expectations. "Had a very nice room with super comfortable bed and pillows. View of cityscape was also lovely. I was surprised at being told there was a charge to keep our luggage (2 hours before checkin) and actually I refused to pay it. A lovely staff member made concessions and kept our luggage at no cost and then actually took our bags to our room for us. I think the room rate charge should include holding a few pieces of luggage for customers, without any additional fees. Apart from that, shuttle to airport was a bonus and much appreciated. "
