Nice and clean. Just for sleeping overnight for early flight the next morning. Supposed to include a transfer to airport but this was not provided as they informed at the hotel that the transfer service was only available between 7am to 7pm. Left too early for breakfast and they packed breakfast for us which was a few boiled eggs and a sandwich.

Overall, our experience was far below what we expected. Part of the problem was the result of a language barrier, but this was only part of it. We tried to arrange for the shuttle, first through Hotels.com and then directly sending an email to the hotel, but we got no response. When we arrived to the hotel we also tried to request the free shuttle to the airport, but they didn’t seem to understand. When we asked again in the morning (day staff seemed to understand English much better), they said it was too late, so we had to pay for taxi. Also, we were told there wasn’t free breakfast, even though the listing mentions that it is included. The place is listed as being recently constructed, but seemed worn in places (carpets, for example). After nearly 24 hour travel time, this was a disappointing was to start our trip to Vietnam..

On the Expedia page it is mentioned that this hotel offers a 24 hord airport shuttle service. However at checking in I was told that this is wrong:the shuttle service starts at 7AM. I had a flight at 5AM so I insisted that they must keep what is on the page and provide me a free lift to the airport at 2:30AM to which the hotel finally agreed. Expedia should check and eventually correct the information on their web site.

Sorry about this. Just let you know, only 5 star hotel provide 24 hour driver service. We are 3 star, our airport transfer could not have 24 hour every day. Thanks for your comment. Thanks and nice regards, Management team.

All the employees I've encountered here were very friendly and nice evn though I just stayed here for about 12 hours. Would definitely recommend here to other fellow travelers.

I stayed in a Deluxe Queen room with a queen size bed. The room is very spacious. There’s a small round table with two chairs on one side of the bed. A large mirror, a large size TV, a cabinet with a refrigerator inside. The bathroom is even more spacious than expected. It’s equipped with a sink, a basket of comb, toothbrush, etc. and a large shower booth included shampoo and body gel. White towels were on a side. Very comfortable overall. The staff is extremely helpful. The best part was the free airport pickup. Before leaving for my trip, I contacted the hotel and gave my flight information. A driver was sent to the airport with a sign of my name to meet me in the day of arrival. It was nice and simple. I greatly appreciate the convenience. One suggestion for the hotel is to install electric outlet near the mirror. I found

Hotel weren't able to find our booking. Through website it states complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle but it isn't. Was unpleasant to deal with from checkin to checkout. It may not have been their fault and maybe expedia'a with incorrect listing but either way, it was a sour start to our holiday.

Good for a quick stay by the airport after a long flight. Has all you need and only a minute from airport. A few things to note, they wanted to keep our passports at check-in, I asked they just take a copy and they said they could not even though it seemed there was a copier right behind them. We told them no on giving all our passports (we are a family of 5) but eventually we conceded with giving just my husbands as it was 3 AM and we just wanted to sleep. Not sure why they need to keep the passport. Another thing to note is if you come late to breakfast (around 10) because you slept in, the buffet will be cold. Other than that was a fine place to stay at.

Great clean location 5 mins walk to the airport. Hotel only two months old so everything is new and got room on excellent promotional price. Good Eastern/western breakfast. You do have to travel for shopping.and eating though.

Staff was incredibly accommodating. The only weird thing about the hotel is that there were windows and blinds in the bathroom looking out into the rest of the room. Strange. Maybe that's a Vietnamese thing, idk.

There are many insects and mosquito in room, talked to staff for mosquitoes coil but they didn’t have it. Besides, toilet bowl was easily clogged and no technical staff would be on duty at night to fix the toilet bowl. Its shampoo and body wash smell weird. But they provided free transportation to airport.

chambre sans fenêtre alors que nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure avec vue.Le petit déjeuner non inclus, Nous avons dû faire venir le responsable pour obtenir le petit déjeuner gratuit, et en compensation de la chambre sans fenêtre la navette aéroport gratuite. Heureusement, j’ai montré une photo avec des détails exacts (chambre avec vue, petit déjeuner compris), ce qui rend la discussion plus facile avec des preuves concrètes.
