The property was quiet in a nice way. The room was clean, and by now I've gotten used to the fact only a few properties will match their pumped up online photos. I still enjoyed my stay, which was for a single night.

Room is very, very small compare to other hotel in the same area and price , hotel not as the pictures is look 10 times bigger than what you see on orbitz. Hotel guess very lound all the time, you can hear people on street talking and people in hotel as well.

It was pleasant. However I’d say the photos are a little misleading to the condition of the hotel. We found an Italian restaurant just round the corner and it was amazing !

Super rude owner that show zero compassion
I hope anyone reading this review will not book or stay this hotel. My worse hotel experience ever. The hotel bed is badly infected with bed bugs. On the next morning, I quickly informed the reception to change room but they told me hotel is full and u able to have other rooms for me. So they say they will sort out the mattress before I come back that night which I thought they had but apparently they did not as I got even more nasty bites the following day. Almost my whole entire legs, arms and face are covered in red, swollen bed bugs bites. It was so painful and I tried to call the owner to inform him of what had happened to me. As someone running my own business and in the service line(although I was already so depressed in my condition), I tried to speak calmly with the owner about what had happened was really unacceptable as I have given them a chance to solve the bed bugs issue. To my horror, he begin shouting at me over the phone and slammed down the phone on me. He have zero compassion for his customers apparently. He could have just said sorry that this happen and would do something about it. It wouldn’t make me even more sad about the situation. I looked at my arms and legs now and I want to cry. Imagine I had bring my little boy to this holiday with me? He would also have been covered in bites too. This is really unacceptable. The owner is so rude. Don’t be fooled by the nice photos. The hotel doesn’t even look that great, apparently the rooms are dirty

Mislead Hotel Name -Worst hotel in Saigon-
- There is absolutely nothing Luxurious about this hotel so the name is misleading. Hotel can be described as a renovate hostel for low budget travelers - Room is very small and noisy - Staff tried to rip me off by promoting a tour of Saigon on a Scooter for $45 - Hotel is adjacent to a sleazy massage parlor - 45 minutes from airport - Small dog resides in down stairs small eating area - Free breakfast consisted of a sandwich and small banana - Staff is unfriendly - Hotel is located in area dominated by Koreans.
