Honestly I’m abit disappointed with the apartment. It doesn’t look abit like what is portray in the photos uploaded to hotels.com... not even a bit. If the photos is a 10/10, the apartment will be a 2/10. I’m assigned a 2bedroom apartment in the #12B at Aqua 1... there are so many things that I’m unhappy about: 1) upon check in, I was informed that i’ll Need to contact the doormen to open the door and lift for me EVERY single time... it’s not a big deal... but just major TURN-OFF 2) step into the apartment... nothing at all like the ones shown in Hotels.com. That’s call misrepresentation!!! 3) There’s no remote to the TV. Stayed for 5 nights and they finally deliver the remote on the last night... well done :( 4) the Wifi is just horrible. I’ve visited HCMC many times over the past 3years. This apartment got the WORST Wifi !!! 5) The furnitures are old and badly maintained. The bed feels like it’s gonna collapse anytime. And on many occasion, I even got poke on the butt by some screws inside the sofa... 6) there washing machine but no dryer... and there’s no hanging device/equipment for me to hang my washed clothing... unacceptable!!! 7) There’s oven but no microwave. But the oven already showing the maintenance sign and cannot be use at all... it’s as good as not having. 8) The pots and cookery are old and worn out. It even feels oily when I first wanted to used them. 9) the main apartment door cannot be locked from inside. So felt very unsafe at night.

It was a terrible hotel that I never had this experience before they are totally unacceptable!!!! It is a fake hotel and cheat on the tourists!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AND MUST BE TAKE OUT THEIR NAME FOREVER!!!!!!!!!

Not allowed to use the swimming pool! Apparently only for long term guests. Also was told by security we were not allowed to eat an ice cream in the hotel lobby for some reason. Two adults. Good view from the room though.

I checked in to the Apartment and immediatly rebooked accommodation closer to the city and checked out within an hour of arriving. Accommodation stated when booking, was a short stroll to city of which it isn't google maps states 2.3km and there is only 1 restaurant surrounding. The accomodation was clean but both beds were terrible.

Most beds didn't have any kind of duvet or pillow cases covers, no cutlery in drawers, no working TV channels, no TV's in bedrooms. Mattresses and pillows not just firm but harder than rock hard. One day some woman just came randomly walking in to get towels, another day someone came and took the ironing board and never brought it back. Photos on the website make it look far more homely than it is.

Do not stay here, terrible service.
The worst service I have ever seen! Waited over 50 minutes at the airport for our pick up and then when we arrived at the property had a further 20 minutes wait for anyone to check us in. After that the only way you could contact anyone was by telephone and hen they often did not answer. Many things in the apartment did not work as they should and they tried to rip us off with the airport pickup charge that was already twice the price of a taxi.

Please post accurate addresses. The address for the building we stayed is Aqua#2, 2 Nguyen huu canh , Ben nghe,quan 1, NOT #2 Ton duc thang , ben nghe Quan1 as posted on the website. It costs us time and taxi fairs and there was 1 time the Uber driver wanted to drop us at bus station! Please stop using personal mobile line to call customer and please stop calling customer after midnight. It's super scary!

Terrible service, and unreliable staffs.
Here is terrible place to stay. (Basically the house itself is not bad) But, the saffs are terrible, there is no service mind, they tell a lie several times. My case, I could not refund of their misses. I made a reservation 3 bedroom house, but they gave me 2 bedroom. At first time they keep making an excuse to Hotels.com's fault. Eventually they admitted their fault and promised to to refund the price gap of 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom. After that, they disappeared, never get in touch again. This property is not hotel, kind of house rental. So we cannot expect normal service the same as to other normal hotels. I seriously recommand, if you expect any service or any convenient through the staffs, do not select here. The only merit is the construction itself is very new and facilities are quite good. Overall recommand do not use here. Even the address of the Hotels.com is different from actual location.

Because our check in staff met difficulty in communication with your groups and your name. After checking in we had realized that we made wrong arrangement with other guests and we have contacted to your friends many times and come directly at the apartment but couldn't meet anyone. To improve: - Taxi drivers cannot find the 'Urban House' building! because the building signboard is actually Aqua 1,2, or 3. - For the apartment, comfort & convenience level can be improved by getting ready more complete set of common household items such as table clothes, shower gel, shampoo, hand soup, face towels, slippers.... & etc Good: The service manager, Mr. Kay is friendly & helpful.

The bed was extra comfy. The bath tub in the room was elegant and nicely designed. The free upgrade to the top floor was extremely generous, I enjoyed the great view of the city. The staff's so friendly and professional.

Je n'ai pas du tout aimé leur système pour accéder aux appartements..... il faut téléphoner à une personne pour qu'il vient ouvrir la porte d'entrée et vous faire monter à l'étage. Vous n'avez pas accès à la piscine et on est bien loin du centre de la ville (un budget de taxi est obligatoire). Il y a d'autre endroit beaucoup plus sympa...

ここが民泊的な部屋貸しと認識しておらず予約しましたが、 それを差し引いても、コミニュケーションに難ありでした。 まず、到着してから部屋に入るまで、一時間かかりました。 (当方データsimなので)連絡先へzalo経由で電話連絡するが、分かったと行って途中で切られ、音沙汰無し。チャット送り、今から行くというが来ない。まだか?と言うと、行ったが見つけられなかったと。。嘘でしょ。 やっと部屋に入って説明は丁寧だが、建物のエントランスを入る鍵が無いとのことで、入るときは、チャットしてくれと。 何回か入る局面ありましたが、すんなり入れたことはありませんでした。 部屋自体はキレイですが、部屋の鍵となる暗証番号は他のスタッフも知ってるようで(多分客ごとに設定変えてない)、部屋を留守にしてるときに冷蔵庫の補充がされてたり、気持ち悪さありました。 また、棚を開けると、古く汚いスリッパが出てきたり、シャワールーム前の足ふきタオルだけがが汚かったりと、嫌なイメージを持ってしまうようなことがありました。 最後にチェックアウトは何時か?と8時ごろ連絡あり、9:30でお願い。と返信するも、音沙汰無し。何度ツツいても返信無いので、そのまま出て来た始末。サービスを期待しなければよいのでしょうが、それであれば値段が合わないと思います。 プール有りと書いてあり、娘、息子共に期待して予約しましたが、プールは入れないと現地で言われました。ひどい。。

こちらに泊まるのは、2回目ですが、最悪でした!
室内は汚い。ドライヤーが無かった。マグカップも無かった。洗濯機も動かなかった。バスタオルや枕カバーにシミがありました。入口ドアも一度では、あかず3〜4回番号を押しやっと開くという具合です。クローゼット内の照明もつきません。前回2月に、友人と泊まりましたが、同じ間取りでも、こんなに違うのかと思います。

Fortunately, I am familiar with HCM then I can find where it is. Type " Aqua 1 Golden River" in google map then you can find it. Once arrival, ask the building front desk for " Urban House Saigon" or just call the phone number in the confirmation email. Totally new, clean and quiet building. I will stay again next time for sure.

Problèmes d'adresse et de check-in
Le check-in a été un gigantesque désastre. L'adresse sur l'app est incorrecte (photo ci-jointe prise depuis l'appartement une fois arrivé, adress indiquée à plus d'1km). La personne qui se charge du check-in a ensuite envoyé le taxi au mauvais building, nous avons du attendre près d'une heure sans raison apparente pour qu'elle arrive.

Sorry for the incomplete experience you had at our place. Actually our place has a vast area which is 15 hectares square meters( including facilities and amenities like bbq, tennis court, kids play ground,...) so that you need to go by taxi to the accommodation which located inside. Our address and location will be automaticly adjust by Expedia team and also belong to our landlord so that i can't made adjustment for the address. Sorry for the inconvenience you made
